Our client, manufacturing food industry is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production support team, ensuring efficient and safe operation of equipment to produce high-quality goods. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Machine Operator
**Location: Crossville, TN**
**Pay Range:** $17 per hour
**Shift:** Monday to Friday, 2:00pm to 10:30pm

+ Safely set-up and operate equipment to optimize machine capability and product output
+ Apply knowledge and skills to troubleshoot and address routine equipment malfunctions
+ Check for defects or malfunctions that may affect product quality
+ Follow safety policies and procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment
+ Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
**What's Needed?**
+ High school diploma or GED equivalent
+ At least 2 years' experience in manufacturing or similar industrial roles
+ Strong technical skills and knowledge of machinery and equipment
+ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various environmental conditions
+ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

**Job Title: Furnace Operator - Immediate Start after Interview!**
Job Description
We are seeking dedicated Furnace Operators for a dynamic opportunity with potential for permanent placement. This role requires individuals to work in a fast-paced environment, covering three shifts: 1st shift (7am-3:30pm), 2nd shift (3pm-11:30pm), and 3rd shift (11pm-7:30am), Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities
+ Read, understand, and follow established procedures to conduct work safely and effectively.
+ Identify and prepare appropriate equipment for melting, including inspecting furnaces and related equipment for defects and wear.
+ Prepare materials for melting, calculating slag composition ratios and other raw materials.
+ Transfer or remove molten metal from furnaces and place it into molds using hoists, pumps, or ladles.
+ Participate in oxidation of alloy and related refining techniques under elevated temperatures.
+ Record production or process data and maintain logs as required.
+ Regulate supplies of fuel, air, oxygen, and water coolant to heat furnaces and adjust temperatures.
+ Observe and record key process indicators and adjust controls to maintain required temperatures.
+ Maintain material accountability during preparation and production using scales or other measuring equipment.
+ Conduct analytical tests and sampling to confirm material composition.
+ Organize materials into drums for shipment according to customer and company specifications.
+ Maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards and environmental regulations.
