**Job Title:** Machine Operators and Production Workers
**Location:** Appleton, WI
**Pay Range:** $25.20/hr
**What's the Job?**
+ Operate manufacturing equipment such as rewinders, coaters, and forklifts.
+ Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
+ Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, bending, and climbing.
+ Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote efficiency.
+ Rotate between 12-hour day and night shifts every two weeks, including every other weekend.
**What's Needed?**
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ 1+ year of experience in manufacturing or machine operation.
+ Forklift certification or experience preferred.
+ Comfort working in a non-climate-controlled setting (50-95°F).
+ Flexibility to work in various departments as needed.

Operates all equipment including turret and color press. Sets up/runs/tears down color press. Mixes inks
and performs color match. Runs ancillary pieces of equipment which automate the press. Performs
troubleshooting for all equipment. Able to identify and resolve uncommon problems and to perform
new work types. Owns specific work projects. This level applies to highly experienced Press Operators
who perform at an advanced level of proficiency.

- Acts as a SME for assigned work area. Trains employees on work process. Acts as an escalation

Operates all equipment including turret and color press. Sets up/runs/tears down color press. Mixes inks
and performs color match. Runs ancillary pieces of equipment which automate the press. Performs
troubleshooting for all equipment. Able to identify and resolve uncommon problems and to perform
new work types. Owns specific work projects. This level applies to highly experienced Press Operators
who perform at an advanced level of proficiency.
3rd Shift: 9:45PM - 6AM Sunday - Thursday (add $1.50 shift differential)
Responsibilities:
- Acts as a SME for assigned work area. Trains employees on work process. Acts as an escalation
point for novel problems.

What You Will Do
  • Work within Essity safety standards with a responsibility for others too.
  • Able to learn and apply operating and mechanical skills to operate process & equipment efficiently
  • Able to consistently apply the necessary standards to keep the process under control
  • Understands the Safe Operation of equipment, what it does/how it works & can carry out housekeeping, inspection, lubrication, and perform simple maintenance tasks
  • Lead small change-over
  • Order and prepare raw materials and install them on the machine according Standard Operating Procedures
  • Maintain an adequate communication with previous and next shift as well with other persons involved in running the machine
  • Maintain an optimal housekeeping situation
  • Secure the quality level of the products by regular checking against the product specification rejecting and blocking if necessary
  • Complete all required documentation and data files during production.
  • Meet required hygiene and environmental standards pursuant to customer requirement
Who You Are
  • HSED or High School Diploma required
  • Minimum of one (1) year of prior machine operations
  • Motivated self-starter with strong mechanical and troubleshooting ability,
  • Support knowledge, and ability to collaborate with small and large teams to sustain production and drive improvements.
