We are looking for a Production Operator 3rd shift to join our team to be responsible for the daily manufacturing of products following our recipes. You will learn how to work across a variety of production lines in our facility all while making a competitive wage and receiving support from your community of compassionate leaders.
What you'll do:
- Learning a variety of production roles to fill gaps in the line throughout the week
- Reading and following detailed recipe cards while producing high-quality products
- Operating a forklift safely in a busy plant with on-site training provided, if needed

- Adaptability to do different activities each day with strong attention to detail

Position Summary:
- The primary functions of this position are to clean, set up and assemble filling line equipment, obtain gondolas of filling from coolers, fill depositing hoppers and stage tortilla’s ensuring all GMP and quality standards are met and maintain the efficient flow of product through the production process.
Essential Job Functions:
- Obtain work schedule, obtain paperwork and prepare for operations.
- Report to assigned work station and obtain tools, check equipment and check recipe as required.
- Assemble and set-up filling line equipment in accordance with the work order and configure filler, conveyors and freezers as needed.
- Obtain gondolas of filling from WIP cooler as required.
- Manually scoops full of filling from gondola to depositing hoppers and maintain specified minimum fill levels as required.
- Open packages of tortillas, manually riffle and stage for the Tortilla placers as needed.
- Rotate with Tortilla Placer as required
- Monitor the process, check line fill, complete quality checks, make minor repairs and adjustments as required.
- Remove empty gondolas to cleaning station as required.
- At end of shift, secure all equipment, perform general housekeeping duties and complete all required paperwork.
