As a Machine Operator, you will be instrumental in creating quality products by preparing and performing tasks to set up, operate, and monitor all components of the production line.
**Responsibilities**
+ Set up, operate, and monitor assigned machinery and equipment.
+ Read and interpret shop drawings to program equipment effectively.
+ Perform quality checks to ensure the finished product meets established standards.
+ Make necessary adjustments to equipment to maintain product quality.
+ Troubleshoot common equipment and quality issues.
+ Meet daily productivity goals.
+ Inspect equipment for safety.

**Essential Skills**
+ 1+ year of experience operating relevant machinery/equipment in a manufacturing environment.

+ Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
+ 1+ year of experience operating a forklift.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with overhead cranes is a plus.
+ Mechanical aptitude.
+ Experience with roll press machines, flat machines, and slit machines.
+ Previous experience as a machine operator or auto mechanic is beneficial.

We are seeking a dedicated CNC Operator to join our team, responsible for overseeing CNC Lathes and Mills in a dynamic production environment. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth operation of a line of CNC machines, perform quality checks, and carry out routine maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities
+ Run and monitor a line of 3-5 CNC machines.
+ Make necessary offsets and adjustments as required.
+ Perform quality checks on parts using a plug gauge, micrometer, and calipers.
+ Conduct daily preventative maintenance, including basic cleaning, changing coolant/oil, and greasing.
+ Handle minor tool changes such as changing an insert or bar in a lathe.
Essential Skills
