+ Operate injection molding machines, package products, label, and perform cycle counting.
+ Visually inspect and assemble parts according to quality specifications, identifying critical visual and dimensional defects.

Machine Operator (Structural)
Our company is looking for an experienced Equipment Operator to run one or several types of power fabrication machines in our structural shop.
Under the direct supervision of the Production Supervisor, the employee will be responsible for operating machines such as: Drill Line, Angle Line, Saw, Coper, and Shot Blaster, as well as repairing and maintaining equipment in addition to other duties. These items include but are not limited to:
- Read and interpret drawings, and other written instructions and diagrams to perform task at hand.
- De-bur and grind metal as necessary to achieve proper surface texture per job specifications.
- Recognize, set up, and operate hand and power tools common to the welding and fabrication trade including portable grinders.
- Analyze blueprints, specifications, sketches and work orders.
- Mark or tag material with proper job number, piece marks, and other identifying marks as required.
- Assist with repair and maintain equipment, making emergency adjustments or assisting with major repairs as necessary.
- Keep records of material or equipment usage or problems encountered.
- Operate conveyors and overhead cranes to move material.
- Clean and lubricate machines per manufacturers specifications.
- Monitor operations to ensure that health and safety standards are met.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Machine Operator Required Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- General knowledge of steel fabrication process
- Knowledge of structural shapes a plus
- Ability to speak, read and write in English
- Valid drivers license
- Physically capable of lifting/pushing/pulling 70 pounds unassisted
Physically capable of bending/twisting as well as standing for long periods of time
- Able to work well with minimal supervision as well as with other technicians
- Ability to prioritize tasks and follow specified procedures
- Self-motivated, detail oriented and has a positive attitude
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- Must be willing to submit a drug test and background check

Qualifications:
