Job Summary
Responsible for the management of mailroom personnel and day to day operations, to ensure the operations are run effectively to ServiceSource and client's expectations. Provide exceptional customer service and achieve high customer satisfaction by delivering services in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.
Primary Duties

* Responsible for managing , supervising personnel, and accurately meeting contract performance requirements for contracted mail functions like the Mail Rooms and Mail Containment Facility.
* Ensure all employees have well defined objectives and are properly trained to receive/sort/ deliver mail and freight, prepare shipping documents from internal and external sources, and determine carrier and type of equipment necessary to effect delivery in a safe, secure, and timely manner.
* Plan and assign work to be accomplished by subordinates based on difficulty of assignments and capabilities of employees; set and adjust short-term priorities; prepare schedules for completion of work; reconcile assigned work to actual performance; monitor and submit reports on performance.
* Establish a daily, weekly, and monthly battle rhythm for their operations and ensure goals, deadlines and performance standards are met.
* Assess work performance; create metrics; perform quality control inspections; develop performance standards; follow administrative guidelines; and find ways to improve production, efficiency, or increase the quality of the work directed.
Additional Responsibilities
* Mail and Freight subject matter expert; communicates in person, in writing and verbally with other managers and supervisors, contracting office representatives, other government customers; recommends and implements solutions
* Evaluates work performance of subordinates; trains; and gives advice, counsel, or instruction to employees on both work and administrative matters.
* Interviews candidates for positions in the unit; recommends appointment, promotion, or reassignments.
* Ensures compliance with SSI guidelines and directives.
* Identifies employee developmental and training needs; provides or arranges for needed development and training.
* Develops safety and job skills training materials and trains personnel.
* Ensures and enforce compliance with all SSI and Government security, quality control, safety/PPE, training requirements; and COVID-19 mitigation efforts.
* Provides workers proper equipment and resources to ensure operations run smoothly and safely.
* Hears and resolves complaints from employees, referring group grievances and more serious unresolved complaints to a higher-level supervisor or manager; effects minor disciplinary measures, such as warnings and reprimands; recommends other action in more serious cases.
* Perform other related responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications: Education, Experience, and Certification(s)
* High School Diploma or state certified equivalent required.
* Three years' experience in postal operations required.
* One year of supervisory experience required.
* Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI government security clearance with polygraph is required.

They are responsible for pulling materials based on the job ticket instructions and delivering them to the appropriate workstation for use in mailings.
Shift: Monday-Friday 12:30pm-9:00pm
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the Mail Operator has everything they need in sufficient quantities to run the job at the time it is ready in production
- Gather all non-standard materials for jobs
- Responsible for limiting the quantity of product to as close as possible to the requirements to reduce go-backs
- Ensure all leftover materials are accounted for and returned to the appropriate shelf locations as needed once the job is complete
- Process and assist with inserting postage on Priority mail, First class, and Standard mail and on Indicia envelopes. Postage should be posted according to proper size, weight, and other postal requirements.
- Gather completed job tickets and deposit in the appropriate locations
- Meter mail from Bindery Department
- Count spoiled postage envelopes
- Assist in scanning small manual jobs to complete the job in our system
- Assist on trimming the tray tag tickets

The Mail Operations Pharmacy Technician 2 accurately fills and counts medications. The Mail Operations Pharmacy Technician 2 performs varied activities and moderately complex administrative/operational/customer support assignments. Performs computations. Typically works on semi-routine assignments.
The **Mail Operations Pharmacy Technician 2** ensures inventory levels are adequate for dispensing by working with inventory supply team. Decisions are typically focus on interpretation of area/department policy and methods for completing assignments. Works within defined parameters to identify work expectations and quality standards, but has some latitude over prioritization/timing, and works under minimal direction. Follows standard policies/practices that allow for some opportunity for interpretation/deviation and/or independent discretion.

**Required Qualifications**
+ Must have an active license with the Board of Pharmacy in Ohio
+ Must be certified by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or through ExCPT
+ Experience as a Pharmacy Technician OR call center experience in a pharmacy or any factory/warehouse setting experience
+ Problem solver who can find viable solutions that meets business needs, absent from all ideal tools and resources
+ Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
+ Moderate working knowledge of Excel
**Preferred Qualifications**

Summary/Objective:
The Project Manager, Operations is a key member of the Operations department in the Direct Mail division, responsible for supporting client relationships through planning and executing all aspects of direct mail projects. The Project Manager ensures that all aspects of projects are fulfilled correctly and on time for Amsive's direct mail clients with a medium degree of complexity.
Essential Functions:
- Manage all aspects of direct mail projects for assigned clients, including intake, documentation, timelines, work instructions, quoting and inventory ordering, quality control and invoicing.
- Work closely with internal departments such as: production scheduling, estimating/purchasing, data services, creative and others
- Be an advocate for the client within Operations working to ensure the quality and accuracy of work completed.
- Support Senior Project Manager in handling more complex clients.
- Maintain documentation of customer requirements and keep detailed, accurate records of changes to client processes.
- Verify and proactively communicate project status to clients
- Create project plans, specifications, and job instructions for all necessary departments
- Achieve a strong knowledge of:
- Amsive's enterprise resource planning software
- Direct mail production and art specifications
- USPS policies and procedures
- Internal processes
- Client programs and requirements
- Create production samples for in-house and client use
- Monitor inventory and postage levels for assigned clients, to avoid project delays
- Provide reporting as needed
- Build and maintain relationships with assigned clients and internal stakeholders
- Execute change management process as needed to ensure quality and capture associated costs
- Mitigate client issues effectively following escalation procedures on any issues that may arise
- Assist Sales team with Statement of Work documentation, as needed
- At least 2 years' experience as a Project Manager or Project Coordinator in industry.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent mix of education paired with relevant experience in similar role.
- Relevant industry experience preferred.
- Able to be a team player through relationships, cross-training and back up other teams' members as needed.
- Ability to learn and understand the USPS regulations for the Print, Direct Mail, Direct Marketing, Advertising and Business Services related industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office application software.
Work Environment: This job routinely functions in a standard office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to be able to stand on feet for at least 8 hours/day
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) : Certain PPE may be required while performing specific job functions.
