**Shift: MONDAY - FRIDAY 7:30 - 4:30 PM**
**Salary: $55,000 - 58,000**
**Pay Grade: 12**

**Job Summary**
The **Mail Operations Supervisor** manages day-to-day Office Services Operations including mail processing, shipping/receiving, logistics, etc. at the site location ensuring high customer service levels are maintained.
Serves as the primary point of contact between ESFM and the customer. Significant time should be focused on employee development and relationship building with the client. Develops, implements and continuously reviews site practices. This position reports to the Business Services Unit Manager.
**Responsibilities**
Manage onsite employees and daily client activities;
Conduct regular interaction with clients to ensure all service levels are met;
Develop strong rapport with onsite Mail Services team and client;
Demonstrate proactive thinking and planning for both client and Mail Services operations;
Optimize loading dock layout/process;
Gain a full understanding for the utilization of ESFM reporting systems;
Remain compliant to ESFM management expectations;
Develop procedures to improve the operation and inform leadership;
Provide excellent customer service;
Prove flexible when faced with deadlines and challenges;
Adhere to procedures and guidelines;
Participate in ongoing training programs and cross-training;
Ensure compliance of staff to training programs and cross-training efforts;
Capture and maintain logs of volumes and activities; create monthly and/or quarterly management report;
Ensure a safe working environment; adhere to ESFM safety procedures and regulations, conduct weekly safety trainings and maintain safety training logs;
Capture and manage employee time and PTO schedule;

Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent; College is a plus. Willingness to embrace continuous training and educational programs. Competent computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.) or equivalent;
3-5 years' experience in Mail/Shipping/Receiving Operations;
Preferred Skills:
DOT/IOTA experience;
SC Logic knowledge, or similar package receiving/tracking program;

Job Description
The Mail Operations Pharmacy Technician 2 accurately fills and counts medications. The Mail Operations Pharmacy Technician 2 performs varied activities and moderately complex administrative/operational/customer support assignments. Performs computations. Typically works on semi-routine assignments.
The **Mail Operations Pharmacy Technician 2** ensures inventory levels are adequate for dispensing by working with inventory supply team. Decisions are typically focus on interpretation of area/department policy and methods for completing assignments. Works within defined parameters to identify work expectations and quality standards, but has some latitude over prioritization/timing, and works under minimal direction. Follows standard policies/practices that allow for some opportunity for interpretation/deviation and/or independent discretion.

**Required Qualifications**
+ Must have an active license with the Board of Pharmacy in Ohio
+ Must be certified by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or through ExCPT
+ Experience as a Pharmacy Technician OR call center experience in a pharmacy or any factory/warehouse setting experience
+ Problem solver who can find viable solutions that meets business needs, absent from all ideal tools and resources
+ Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
+ Moderate working knowledge of Excel
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Experience in pharmacy dispensing
+ Critical thinker who can anticipate business needs and take initiative, ask the right questions and deliver the highest quality customer experience
**Additional Information**
**Work Hours** : 10-hour shift Monday-Friday (Will have one (1) day off during the week) between the hours of 6 a.m.-4:30 p.m. EST (Based on business need)
