This job is responsible for supporting multiple security engineering efforts, focused on encryption and digital certificate management, to deliver enterprise security capabilities. This job is responsible for supporting multiple security engineering efforts, focused on encryption and digital certificate management, to deliver enterprise security capabilities. Key responsibilities include supporting the design, development, and implementation of systems contributing to the protection of systems, devices, and sensitive data. **Responsibilities:**
With a focus on mainframe encryption and digital certificate management:
+ Designs, develops, and implements systems to contribute to the protection of system boundaries, harden computer systems and network devices against attacks, and secure sensitive data
+ Drives complex technical information security projects to ensure on-time delivery
+ Identifies and raises risks and potential vulnerabilities at all stages of the security engineering process
+ Leverages knowledge of information security technologies, techniques, and processes while continuing to grow knowledge within one or more security engineering domains
+ Identifies, defines, and documents system security requirements
+ Works closely with a diverse set of stakeholders with varying priorities to debate and negotiate paths forward

**Required Qualifications :**
+ 5 years supporting or administering mainframe infrastructure systems
+ 3 years experience using mainframe security products as a technical or provisioning support person.
+ 3 years experience working in a financial service, insurance, or other highly regulated industry.
+ Background in support of security and risk in a mainframe environment
+ Ability to use general Office Suite products on a Windows based computer

  • This position is responsible supporting enhancements and new capabilities to an existing, critical, mainframe based business application within Claims applications space.
  • As a systems analyst, it is required you bring strong experience of performing Systems Analysis for various projects and build a backlog of systems requirements that can be assigned to various developers.
