As the leader of our maintenance team, you will have the opportunity to:
- Oversee all maintenance operations within the community, providing leadership and inspiration to your team.
- Ensure timely readiness of vacant apartment homes for leasing.
- Utilize your troubleshooting and technical expertise to resolve HVAC, plumbing, electrical, sewer/water, and security system issues.
- Collaborate with residents to address general maintenance issues, including appliance, cabinet, flooring, drywall, and other repairs.
- Monitor the physical condition of the property and take appropriate actions as needed.
- Perform preventive maintenance on essential equipment to ensure continuity of services for our residents.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory-level maintenance experience in the multifamily or hotel sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and general carpentry.
- HVAC/EPA certification and Fair Housing training are required.
- CPO and CAMT certification (Apartment Maintenance) are required, but can be obtained after hire.
- Proficient in the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Available for on-call duties as needed.

- Collaborate with residents to address general maintenance issues, including appliance, cabinet, flooring, drywall, and other repairs.
- Monitor the physical condition of the property and take appropriate actions as needed.
- Perform preventive maintenance on essential equipment to ensure continuity of services for our residents.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory-level maintenance experience in the multifamily or hotel sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and general carpentry.
- HVAC/EPA certification and Fair Housing training are required.
- CPO and CAMT certification (Apartment Maintenance) are required, but can be obtained after hire.
- Proficient in the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Available for on-call duties as needed.
