**Job Overview**

Job Description

As the Facilities Engineering and Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for managing and assisting in the completion of the day-to-day activities, involving the maintenance of the building/facility, equipment, and machinery including HVAC, building lighting systems, production lines, grounds keeping, and overall facility appearance.   • Responsible for engineering, design, and modification/installation of existing and/or new (capital) equipment including industrial Automation Systems.

  • Develop and manage the plant Capital and Capacity plans ensuring on time and within budget. 
  • Hire, train and manage Engineers and Engineer Techs, to assist in process improvements.

  • Support the plant achieving budgeted labor efficiency MPO/UPMH.
  • Provide technical support to ensure the factory is operating Safely, at the highest quality level and lowest possible cost.
  • Participate in interplant cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical problems.
  • Coach, counsel, and manage performance of direct reports.
  • Responsible for communicating daily with all levels of employees to assist in resolving problems and achieving company goals.
  • Prepare work schedules, assign work, and oversee the work product.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex situations daily and deal with rapidly changing priorities.

Qualifications

  • BS Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience required.
  • 8+ years of experience in an Engineering Management role.

  • Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) experience is required.
  • Experience with Industrial Automation is strongly preferred.
  • Certification by ASQ as a CQE, CQA, or CQM considered highly desirable.
  • Lean skills including Kaizen, Standardized Work, VSM and Six Sigma Green Belt is required, Black belt certification is a plus.
  • Knowledgeable in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and CMMS
  • Strong data analysis skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication and people management skills.

We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Senior Facilities Supervisor to support our semiconductor manufacturing operations by ensuring reliable and safe operation of all facility systems across a multi-building, campus-style environment. The salary range for this role is
$114,700.00 - $180,500.00
This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.
The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
