Job Responsibilities
Equipment Inspection and Preventive Maintenance:

Troubleshooting and Repair:

Emergency Repairs:

Safety Compliance:

Inventory Management:

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in maintenance or related field preferred.
- Perform preventive maintenance and skilled repairs on complex electrical and mechanical production equipment and systems.
- Follows standard procedures to monitor equipment for performance, safety, and effectiveness.
- Performs equipment failure analysis to complete preventive and unscheduled maintenance.

In this role, you will work within the Fuel Handling group, collaborating with other systems design teams on the development, fabrication, and delivery of nuclear maintenance equipment. The successful candidate will integrate and coordinate with engineers working on interfacing systems and report to the NME Lead and Ex-Vessel Fuel Handling Manager as part of a high-performing team of engineers and scientists.
Responsibilities
- Design nuclear maintenance equipment systems from requirements through final design, focusing on operational performance.
- Create operational narratives, diagrams, and documentation for nuclear maintenance systems and equipment.
- Support the development of automated control systems and related equipment.
- Provide input and review of analyses such as thermal, seismic, structural, and heat transfer.

**Role and Responsibilities:**
+ Troubleshoot and repair automated equipment in Stack Manufacturing
+ Perform machine installations or modification per instructions
+ Execute and track preventive maintenance activities
+ Evaluate equipment and create maintenance procedures as requested
+ Suggest improvements for tool set
+ Help implement upgrades to machines
+ Assist with manufacturing when required
+ Support equipment testing and engineering group
+ Ensure proper Lock-Out-Tag-Out (LOTO) compliance
**Skills and Experience:**
+ 5 years experience in a high capacity manufacturing environment.
+ High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
+ Experience with Automated Equipment.
+ Good Attendance, Initiative, responsible follow through and a willingness to help.
+ Strong trouble-shooting skills required.
+ Strong interpersonal skills and effective communicator.
+ Able to follow both written and verbal instructions.
+ Must have computer skills, minimum Microsoft office.
+ Demonstrated ability to use small hand and power tools, previous experience with p.c. based testing equipment is preferred.

**Responsibilities:**
+ Monitor tool performance and perform scheduled preventative maintenance on assigned tool sets.
+ Trouble-shoot and repair mechanical and electronic equipment using diagnostic tools and software.
+ Document all maintenance activities thoroughly using established check sheets and tracking systems, while routinely reviewing maintenance documentation and procedures for accuracy and improvement opportunities.

**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Electronics, Mechatronics, Robotics, or a related technical field or equivalent experience.
+ Ability to work 12-hour shifts (3 on/4 off and 4 on/3 off), including standing for the entire shift and lifting equipment.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with basic PC skills including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor of Science (BS) in Electronics Engineering Technology or equivalent military/industry experience.
+ Basic knowledge of semiconductor equipment and manufacturing processes, along with knowledge of AC/DC circuits, electronic components, and basic electronics theory. Understanding of statistical process control (SPC) principles and their application.

Equipment Technicians are responsible for monitoring, sustaining, and improving the equipment in their assigned area. We work in partnership with Shift Operations team members, area equipment engineers, and tool vendors. We provide the foundation to introduce some of the most sophisticated memory and storage technology to the world! We supervise tool performance, schedule and perform preventative maintenance on assigned tool sets, and use mechanical, electronic, and PC/software skills to resolve equipment issues.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Perform electrical or mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functioning electro-mechanical equipment used in the manufacturing process
+ Dismantle, adjust, repair and assemble equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, operating or repair manuals, rough sketches or drawings
+ Uses test and diagnostic equipment to perform checkouts.
+ Rebuilds manufacturing equipment as required
+ May perform equipment modifications as directed by engineers
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ Flexible with job responsibilities and shift assignments including night shift
+ Ability to work 12-hour shifts (3 on/4 off and 4 on/3 off) with the need to stand the entire shift and lift equipment
+ Basic understanding of SPC principles
