We are seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians for two openings on the 2nd shift from 4 PM to 2 AM. Each technician will be provided with their own tablet for managing work orders and paperwork. The role involves responding to operator calls, troubleshooting Allen Bradley and Omron PLCs, and repairing cameras and vision systems. You will work with both 3-phase and single-phase motors, read electrical cabinet drawings, and perform minor in-house fabrications. Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Works with Facilities management to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions. With management approval and involvement, this includes contacting vendors, scheduling maintenance visits and asking for pricing information. All scheduled work and any associated costs involving outside vendors is reviewed and approved by Facilities management.
- Works with Facilities management to develop special projects including proposing new equipment and working with suppliers on specifications and pricing. All proposals are reviewed and approved by Facilities Management.
- Inspects, tests, and troubleshoots machinery and equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions.
- Dismantles and reassembles defective machines and equipment.
- Installs new or repaired parts.
- Installs and/or repairs wiring and electrical and electronic components.
- Installs appliances, machinery and equipment.

- Ensures all maintenance inventory, supplies and equipment are maintained and properly stored.

Fairway Management's Maintenance Techs are essential to the health of our properties as they turn units, preform preventative maintenance, and complete work orders for . This is a dynamic role where problem solving, efficient use of time, and a focus on being cost effective are key. **Job Description**
We are seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians for two openings on the 2nd shift from 4 PM to 2 AM. Each technician will be provided with their own tablet for managing work orders and paperwork. The role involves responding to operator calls, troubleshooting Allen Bradley and Omron PLCs, and repairing cameras and vision systems. You will work with both 3-phase and single-phase motors, read electrical cabinet drawings, and perform minor in-house fabrications. Additionally, you will manage Fanuc and Motoman robots, replace sensors, and vision system components.
**Responsibilities**
+ Respond to operator calls and troubleshoot Allen Bradley and Omron PLCs.
+ Repair and troubleshoot cameras and vision systems.
+ Work with 3-phase and single-phase motors.
+ Read drawings and blueprints for electrical cabinets.
+ Perform minor in-house fabrication for electrical cabinets.
+ Manage and set points for Fanuc and Motoman robots.
+ Replace sensors and vision system components.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting, especially with Allen Bradley and Omron PLCs.
+ Strong electrical and mechanical maintenance skills.
+ Ability to perform electrical troubleshooting up to 480V.
+ Experience with Fanuc and Omron systems.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.
+ Strong electrical skills are highly desired.
+ No specific educational or certification requirements.

**Work Environment**
The facility is a clean, temperature-controlled environment. It is not noisy, offering a very quiet work atmosphere. The team currently includes 15 maintenance technicians. Uniforms are provided at no cost, and there is a $150 allowance per year for boots. The 2nd shift operates from 4 PM to 2 AM, Monday through Friday, with work every other weekend.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $6160.00 - 60320.00/yr.
