SMX Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented and mission-focused Maintenance and Training Scheduler to support operations at Andersen Air Force Base, Guam, under the Second Island Chain (SIC) support contract. This role is essential to ensuring the seamless coordination of maintenance activities and training schedules that support the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command's Pacific Multi-Domain Training and Experimentation Capability (PMTEC) Theater Campaign Plan. **This position requires a DoD Secret with eligibility for Top Secret which requires US citizenship for work on DoD contracts.**
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
+ Develop and maintain integrated schedules for equipment maintenance and personnel training activities.
+ Coordinate with site leadership, technicians, and mission planners to align schedules with operational requirements.
+ Track and update maintenance timelines, training events, and resource availability using scheduling software and tools.
+ Ensure compliance with maintenance intervals, training cycles, and mission readiness standards.
+ Communicate schedule changes and conflicts to stakeholders and recommend solutions to mitigate disruptions.
+ Support planning and execution of mission rehearsals, exercises, and deployments by aligning maintenance and training timelines.

**Required Skills & Experience**
+ Associate's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent military experience)

+ Proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Excel, or equivalent tools)
+ Familiarity with CMMS platforms and maintenance tracking systems
+ Strong organizational and time management skills
+ Ability to interpret technical documentation and operational plans
+ Effective communication skills, both oral and written

SMX Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented and mission-focused Maintenance and Training Scheduler to support operations at Andersen Air Force Base, Guam, under the Second Island Chain (SIC) support contract. This role is essential to ensuring the seamless coordination of maintenance activities and training schedules that support the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command's Pacific Multi-Domain Training and Experimentation Capability (PMTEC) Theater Campaign Plan. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic operational environment.
**The primary operating location is Guam, but travel to other Pacific locations is to be expected.**
**This position requires a DoD Secret with eligibility for Top Secret which requires US citizenship for work on DoD contracts.**
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
+ Develop and maintain integrated schedules for equipment maintenance and personnel training activities.
+ Coordinate with site leadership, technicians, and mission planners to align schedules with operational requirements.
+ Track and update maintenance timelines, training events, and resource availability using scheduling software and tools.
+ Ensure compliance with maintenance intervals, training cycles, and mission readiness standards.
+ Communicate schedule changes and conflicts to stakeholders and recommend solutions to mitigate disruptions.
+ Support planning and execution of mission rehearsals, exercises, and deployments by aligning maintenance and training timelines.
+ Maintain accurate records of scheduled activities, completions, and delays using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
+ Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure availability of equipment, personnel, and facilities.
+ Prepare reports and briefings for leadership on scheduling status, risks, and performance metrics.
+ Assist in developing and refining scheduling processes to improve efficiency and responsiveness.
**Required Skills & Experience**
+ Associate's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent military experience)
+ Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance or training scheduling within a military or technical environment
+ Proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Excel, or equivalent tools)
+ Familiarity with CMMS platforms and maintenance tracking systems
+ Strong organizational and time management skills
+ Ability to interpret technical documentation and operational plans
+ Effective communication skills, both oral and written
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
+ Must possess and maintain a Secret clearance, with eligibility for Top Secret
**Desired Skills & Experience**
+ Experience supporting military training and maintenance operations in OCONUS environments
+ Prior experience with PACAF or INDOPACOM scheduling requirements
+ Familiarity with Air Force maintenance and training protocols
+ Experience in coordinating multi-domain training events
+ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling analytics.
