job purpose : The Maintenance Training Specialist is responsible for developing, coordinating, and delivering technical training programs for maintenance personnel at the fairlife manufacturing plant. This role ensures employees are properly trained, certified, and equipped to meet operational standards. Working closely with supervisors, trainers, and equipment vendors, the specialist identifies skill gaps, supports onboarding, and drives continuous learning to enhance workforce readiness and plant performance.

- Lead onboarding and technical training for new maintenance hires.
- Conduct performance evaluations, coaching, and feedback sessions during onboarding.

- Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes
- Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services when helpful
- Keep a clean work area and maintain a professional attitude while working independently but staying connected with the team
