Benefits for the Facilities Maintenance Technician I position include:

- Help with installation/repair of equipment.
- Drive Company vehicles for miscellaneous tasks e.g. snow removal, material pick up, etc.
- Small project work.
- Utilize CMMS work order system.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- Have excellent customer service skills and can-do attitude.
- High School Diploma or GED with additional schooling preferred.
- 3+ years of related experience or combination of experience and schooling.
- Basic computer knowledge, familiarity with CMMS software a plus.
- Personal Hand tools a plus.
- Can complete required safety classes.
- Complete satisfactory background and drug screen.
- Have a Valid Driver's license and be legally able to operate a motor vehicle.
- Must be able to pass FBI background check and State of Ohio BCII background check.
- Must be able to pass sanctions checks for working in health care facilities.

The Facilities Maintenance & Engineering Specialist is part of the Facility Operations team responsible for performing preventative and ongoing maintenance for mechanical, electrical, plumbing and other infrastructure systems in mission-critical, high-risk or high-reliability environments (data centers, medical facilities, laboratories or utilities infrastructure) to ensure operational efficiency and maximum facility uptimeproperties/facilities.

**EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS**
+ Technical, vocational, or on-the-job training in multiple of the following areas: HVAC, electrical (UPS & generators systems), plumbing (cooling towers & chilled water), fire systems, & mechanical/computerized systems (such as building automation)
+ 3+ years of related experience in a commercial property maintenance setting
+ 1+ year(s) of related experience in a data-center or other mission-critical environment
+ High school diploma or GED equivalent ( _bachelor's degree or higher preferred_ )

+ Inspect buildings, grounds, and equipment for unsafe or malfunctioning conditions, perform both reactive & preventative maintenance
+ Acts as a consistent individual contributor and team member to include sharing knowledge, participating in team training & mentoring, and continuous improvement along with other staff engineers and peers
+ Assist with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems to include HVAC (CRAC units & cooling towers), plumbing (chilled water systems), electrical management systems, & building automation
+ Ability to create, review, and update all mission critical MOPs (Method of Procedures) and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for accuracy & safety
+ This position requires repair & troubleshooting skills for various related skilled trades
+ Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems
+ Ability to review, create, and maintain assigned work orders with associated paperwork within digital computerized maintenance management system
+ Replace and repair building finishes such as ceiling tiles, door hardware, wallpaper, and can paint walls, piping, floors and equipment
+ Maintain and operate fire and life safety systems such as fire alarm systems, early warning systems, fire pumps and related fire protection system equipment
+ Possess competent knowledge of the use and care of tools and equipment used in facility maintenance & upkeep
+ Troubleshoot, evaluate, and make recommendations to upgrade maintenance operations and/or implement savings opportunities
+ Respond immediately to emergency situations and customer service requests as assigned

**WORK ENVIRONMENT**
This maintenance job operates in a professional office environment as well as data-center type environments both indoors and outside. This role routinely utilizes both maintenance tools and standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers.
_May be only maintenance staff member on duty during certain shifts; may be required to work extended periods of time without relief when responding to priority / emergency situations (including overtime type assignments); may require shift work and / or stand-by on-call duties_

Requirements:
The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment. As a member of the Maintenance Team, your restaurant will support you with the tools and training needed to succeed.
The Maintenance Person's responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
* Filtering oil fryers daily
* Maintaining outside grounds
* Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
* Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
* Take out and empty trash compactor
* Change light bulbs
* Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
