- Amentum's Underwater Launch Test Capability is seeking a mid-to Senior-level candidate to support the team at Crane, IN as a Project Lead. Demonstrated experience in DOD-related projects is required. A BA/BS degree and 8-10 years' of leadership experience with complex technical projects are required. The successful candidate will have a desire to work in a hands-on and collaborative environment. This position requires initiative, teamwork, and the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization. **Preferred Skills and Qualifications:**
Acts as the overall lead, manager and administrator for the assigned effort. **Essential Functions for Position**

Geospatial Project Lead ( Internal Title- Campaign Manager)

Enabled Intelligence client engagements are organized into individual labeling campaigns. These campaigns vary in length and complexity. Campaign Managers lead individual labeling campaign teams of data annotators and quality control analysts. CMs are responsible for ensuring labeling campaigns meet customer requirements and deadlines and meet Enabled Intelligence's own strict labeling quality standards.   • Manage multiple simultaneous campaigns within a larger program
  • Work closely with the Project Manager and Deputy Project Manager to ensure all deadlines and performance standards are met to contribute to the overall success of the program
  • Manage campaign set up including scheduling a campaign kickoff, coordinating with the training team to get training created/scheduled, creating campaign charge codes and coordinating with the Annotation Team Manager and QC Team Manager to get your campaign staffed

About the Role:

Asset Technology Group is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated IT Project Lead to assist in the execution of technical projects across our client environments. This is an on-site role in Florence, SC, ideal for a candidate with experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) setting and a strong grasp of IT infrastructure, client onboarding, and service delivery execution.

As IT Project Lead, you will coordinate internal resources and vendors to deliver projects on time, within scope, and aligned with both client goals and security standards. You'll work closely with our engineering and service desk teams to ensure a smooth experience for clients during onboardings, infrastructure rollouts, and other strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with project execution from initiation through completion, including planning, scheduling, execution, and closure.

• Lead client onboarding projects - including infrastructure setup, software deployment, and systems configuration.

• Coordinate with technical teams to deploy servers, workstations, firewalls, switches, and other stack components.

• Own the project communication process: maintain regular status updates with clients and internal teams.

• Ensure adherence to internal deployment standards, compliance frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, NIST, CJIS), and best practices.

• Track project progress in ClickUp and maintain detailed documentation on timelines, risks, and milestones.

• Identify project risks and mitigation strategies; escalate issues as needed to maintain momentum.

• Facilitate handoffs to service and support teams with clean documentation and clear expectations.

• Participate in lifecycle management of client IT assets - including procurement, deployment, and decommissioning.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field - or equivalent experience.

• 2-3 years of experience in IT project management or technical project coordination.

• Experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment is preferred.

• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure: networking, servers, endpoint deployments, and cybersecurity basics.

• Proficiency with project management tools (preferably ClickUp).

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment with shifting priorities.

Preferred Certifications (not required, but a plus)

• PMP (Project Management Professional)

• CompTIA Project+

• ITIL 4 Foundation

• Microsoft MD-102 or related

• CompTIA Network+ or Security+
