Client is seeking an Operations IT Business Analyst to support the firm's Collateral Management lines for Derivatives (ISDA/CSA) and Financed (GMRA/MSFTA) products. Includes directly supporting users on various platform's workflow processes, maintaining data and responding to internal data audit requests. May lead various small to mid-sized project's requirements gathering as well. This is a challenging position requiring a strong, proven experience in business analysis, design, delivery, some project management and people management domains. The role asks the candidate to propose and deliver solutions for Information Technology, specifically for Back Office / Operations IT. Previous experience working on Colline product is very good to have. The candidate will play a critical role in driving system enhancements, analyzing complex datasets, and supporting the full project lifecycle including testing and documentation.
Successful candidates must be experienced in identifying and analyzing technology and process problems, developing business requirements and solutions for tactical and/or strategic projects, in collaboration with Business and Technology stakeholders across the organization.
