**Responsibilities:**
Expense Management:
+ Coordinate the development and maintenance of the operating plan (i.e., budget) for the Finance function, including engagement and communication approach across the finance function - working with the LFO team and coordinators across the function
+ Maintain financial reporting structures, including DSMT, Managed Segments, GOCs, and functional transfers
+ Identify productivity and expense management opportunities and develop and execute initiatives, processes and controls
+ Oversee expense approval processes, including travel, meetings, corporate cards, etc. as well as maintaining P2P commodity delegations for the function, in-line with policy and procedures

+ Deep subject matter expertise in headcount management for financial services/banking
+ Demonstrated skills in building and developing teams
