Wealth Management Product Technology (WMPT) is a dynamic and fast-paced area within the Firm's WM Technology Division. We are responsible for creating innovative technology solutions for the Private Banking Group (PBG), one of the strategic growth areas of the Firm, providing cash management and lending products and services to our WM clients. What you'll bring to the role:
- Minimum BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

The Incident Management Team, being part of the IT Service Management (ITSM), works cross-functionally with Global Services, Engineering, Cloud Hosting and Management on the effective delivery of UKG's Cloud SaaS offerings.
**About The Role:**
This is an afternoon shift role: 1:00 PM est - 10:00 PM est
The IT Service Operations Specialist provides day-day support for all the ongoing customer facing & internal cloud infrastructure related incidents. In addition, they will work closely with the leads on operational improvement initiatives.
**Responsibilities:**
- Acknowledge incoming incidents via PagerDuty and spin-up a bridge
- Gather the initial information and document them in ServiceNow
- Adopt/Learn the internal automation tools for incident logging and tracking
- Learn various internal product & engineering team structures to effectively lead the bridges/war rooms
- Effectively lead the Incident bridges by taking charge of the room, leading the response teams (engineers, support specialists) to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues impacting applications to timely mitigate customer-impacting incidents.
- Engage with global communications teams for status page and external customer communications throughout the lifecycle of the incident
- Maintain the quality of the data captured in all the tools used in ITSM (PagerDuty, Service Now, JIRA.etc)
- Learn the new product features for effective management of incident bridges
- Complete all organizational trainings timely
- Thrive under pressure with the ability to stay calm, handle conflict, and partner with other UKG teams to drive resolution
- Develop and monitor key metrics to understand incident trends, as well as operational resilience and readiness
**Basic Qualifications**
- 3+ years of experience supporting a global 24x7x365 incident management team in a SaaS environment
- 3+ years of technical experience (Support, Services, IT, Engineering) at a tech company with exposure working with complex customer base
- 1+ years of working in a Cloud (AWS or GCP or Azure; GCP preferred) environment
- 2+ years of working in a scrum/agile/SRE environment (hands-on experience will be a PLUS)
- 2+ years of working in on-call support rotation model and PagerDuty experience
- 2+ years of working experience with Teams (integrations with PagerDuty and Service Now), Confluence and Share Point
- Subject matter expertise in incident management frameworks; awareness of industry standards and best practices
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience with working with the following tools: JIRA, ServiceNow, Salesforce, and Aha

Summary of Position
Under direct supervision, leads staff in the triaging of specimens, handling of specimens, including storage and disposal of specimens, reagent preparation, and the storing of flow slides.
Key Job Elements
- For Specimen Check In: Verifies that all specimens are properly labeled with appropriate patient identifiers, accurately records sample volumes in the Specimen Management module. For Specimen Check Out: Specimen is marked as checked out in the Specimen Management module. The specimen is labeled with additional case stickers, if necessary, then the specimen, travel doc, and/or requisition are given to the appropriate lab to begin testing.
- For Performing CBCs: Accurately prepares dilutions, correctly performs CBCs on the Sysmex, accurately records the count and the Sysmex machine number where the count was performed on the travel doc. Records the count in the Specimen Management module.
- Sample Splits: Observe principles of sterile technique in carrying out daily responsibilities for splitting samples and sample preparation for other departments.
- Correctly makes smears when the lab requests them.
- Send outs: Coordinates and prepares patient samples/pellets for shipment. Monitors outstanding sample requests to ensure they get to Accessioning to be sent out.
- Discards retained specimens/slides according to departmental protocols and timeframes.
- Monitors emails and tickets for specimen requests for add-ons and send-outs; monitors the response times to ensure the response is in a timely manner.
- Monitors the board in the Specimen Management area.
- Assists with pre-accessioning/pushing of incoming specimens when applicable.
- Completes cross-training in the process of accessioning all specimen types (data entry).
- Provides guidance and assists in prioritizing and batching specimens for processing, data entry, splitting samples, preparation for other departments, send out and disposal.
- Develops and updates SOPs, as needed, and oversees the implementation, evaluation and modification of such SOPs.
- Ensures the performance of all Specimen Management procedures according to the established SOPs.
- Organizes workflow and ensures that employees understand their duties and delegated tasks. Ensures adequate coverage in all areas of Specimen Management.
- Develops training materials and schedules for new employees and monitors progress.
- Performs initial and annual competency assessments once training is complete.

Who You Are:
The **Analyst, Asset Management** will be responsible for helping its team create and support financial forecasts for existing assets.
The Analyst, Asset Management will play an integral role in the on-going asset management and strategic, long-term strategy of QTS. In this role you will work as a member of a small, tight-knit team in a fast-paced environment supporting QTS' accelerating growth profile which encompasses collaboration across multiple departments within QTS to enhance strategic insights and capital allocation decisions, support ongoing financing initiatives and coordinate various reporting requirements. This position will also work closely with Blackstone Asset Management team on reporting requirements and ad-hoc requests to meet the needs of asset-level stakeholders.
**What You Will Do:**
+ Maintain various models, databases, and reports for key tracking measures in support of multiple groups across the organization.
+ Partner with asset management leadership to support in-depth reporting on development plans and schedules at a detailed asset level, including support of project budgets and key budget variances.
+ Partner with assigned Facility Management teams to support and report on full operating details at asset level including inventory tracking, leasing pipeline, operating budget variances, and benchmarking.
+ Analyze and interpret property level information including historical operating statements, budgets, CAM reconciliations, leases, loan agreements, etc.
+ Integrate information from various departments to ensure consistency with budget and FP&A reporting.
+ Support asset-level projections such as valuation, stabilized yield, and ROIC analysis
+ Conduct research, prepare reports, and analyze market and economic data to support the development of asset level strategies.
+ Assert discretion and professionalism when given access to confidential and/or confidential information.
**What You Will Need to be Successful:**
+ Bachelor's degree preferably with a concentration in Finance, Economics, Accounting or Mathematics or equivalent professional experience.
+ Recent graduate to two or more years' experience in an environment (banking, real estate, etc.) focused on driving bottom line value-creation through strategic thinking in a time-sensitive manner.
+ Solid proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
**Nice to Have:**
+ Experience with ARGUS, Workday, Salesforce, Adaptive Insights and Office Cx.
+ Experience providing financial and analytical support to a real estate development organization.

**Who You Are:**
The **Director** **, Asset Management** will play an integral role in the ongoing asset management and strategic, long-term strategy of QTS. In this role you will work as a key member of a small, tight-knit team in a fast-paced environment supporting QTS' accelerating growth profile which encompasses collaboration across multiple departments within QTS to enhance strategic insights and capital allocation decisions, support ongoing financing initiatives and coordinate various reporting requirements. This position will manage select groups of assets and work closely with Blackstone's leadership team for reporting requirements and ad-hoc requests to meet the needs of asset-level stakeholders.
**What You Will Do:**
+ Partner with the Property Development teams to support in-depth reporting on development plans and schedule at a detailed asset level, including support of project budgets and key budget variances
+ Partner with Facility Management team to support and report on full operating details at asset level including inventory tracking, leasing pipeline and operating budget variances and benchmarking
+ Leverage underwriting models from Investments and Capital Markets teams to support ongoing asset-level financing initiatives
+ Support asset-level projections, stabilized yield, and ROIC analysis
+ Key reporting responsibility associated with asset-level financings
+ Support financial reporting and tracking for bank and lender compliance and loan draws
+ Integrate information from various departments to ensure consistency with budget and FP&A reporting
+ Serve as a liaison between Development, Operations and Accounting to track and report on capital spend and operating details at project and asset level
+ Support cash management needs of Treasury team with asset-level budgeting and tracking of cash spend and future funding needs, with input from Development and Operations teams
**What You Will Need to be Successful:**
+ Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or other relevant area
+ Seven or more years of experience in finance and/or real estate, including three or more years of asset management experience with asset-level financing, asset recycling, and/or real estate management experience
+ Expertise in the general principles of real estate, including operations and analysis, budgeting, financial reporting, and general accounting
**Nice to Have:**
+ Experience working with private equity sponsors
+ Knowledge of capital financing and structuring
**Knowledge Skills and Abilities You Will Need:**
+ Strong analytical skills including the ability to collect, analyze information, problem-solve and make decisions based on data
+ Ability to communicate complex issues effectively and professionally, both verbally and in writing
