**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree required
+ Must have a minimum of six months experience in customer service, leadership or sales.
+ (examples: commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry. Leadership: military, athletics/team activities or community, social, or academic organizations.)
+ Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.

Empower students to build self-sufficiency skills, especially around navigating community systems
Follow up with and support students in distress to monitor progress and ensure compliance with recommendations.
Support students in applying for public assistance benefits and programming.
