**Responsibilities**
We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you'll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
In our hands-on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.

**Qualifications**
+ Bachelors Degree required.
+ Must have a minimum of six months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
+ Must have a valid driver's license in with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.
+ No drug or alcohol-related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years (DUI/DWI).

**Position Highlights:**
+ Clinic Shifts Only (clinic is open 8 am - 5 pm)

**Responsibilities:**
+ Obtains patient history and performs assessment. Orders, performs and interprets diagnostic procedures.
+ Provides and documents direct treatment and management of health conditions.

+ Performs preventative health assessments, screening, immunizations and care.
**Requirements**
**Licensure/Certification/Registration:**

+ Physician Assistant credentialed from the Texas Physician Assistant Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

+ Advanced Life Support from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross preferred.
**Education:**
+ Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant program required.

+ In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior configuration and data management and/or related engineering discipline experience.
+ Must have an active Secret Clearance at the time of hire.
+ Must be a US Citizen.
Preferred Additional Skills:
+ Experience with Teamcenter PLM.
