Northrop Grumman is seeking Associate Business Management/Business Management Analysts - Pathways Program . This position will be located at our Mission Systems Sector in Linthicum, MD. This position will be in the Pathways rotational program where there will be three rotation opportunities within Business Management. Each rotation could be in one of the following Business Management roles: Program Control Analyst (PCA), Contracts Analyst, Pricing Analyst, Rates Analyst, Budget Analyst, Financial Planning Analyst, Accounting Analyst, Scheduling Analyst, or an Analyst in a Controller support department.

The qualified candidate will become part of Northrop Grumman's Business Management Organization.

This role requires onsite presence of 4-5 days a week depending on the assigned rotation. This role does not offer full-time telecommuting or full-time remote work.

Basic Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications for an Associate Business Management Analyst:

  • Be completing or has completed their Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution

  • Be majoring in or having majored in a Business Degree (Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management, Economics) or a business adjacent degree (Legal Studies, Mathematics, Statistics, Risk management, Global Supply Chain etc.)

  • Be able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite)

  • The ability to obtain Special Access Program within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs

Basic Qualifications for a Business Management Analyst:

  • Be completing or has completed their Master's degree from an accredited institution.

  • Be majoring in or having majored in Business Degree (Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management, Economics) or a business adjacent degree (Legal Studies, Mathematics, Statistics, Risk management, Global Supply Chain etc.)

  • Proficiency in use of business continuity / crisis management software.
  • Ability to travel domestically as needed.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in business continuity and crisis management (non-IT focused).
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)

PREFERED QUALIFICIATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree, or Advanced Degree with at least 5 years' experience in business continuity planning, disaster recovery, crisis/emergency management or comparable professional job experience.
  • Passion and experience in business continuity planning, disaster recovery or crisis/emergency management, and the desire to be innovative and best in class.
  • Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) certification.
