A little about you

You have strong written communication skills. You are comfortable and familiar with various content types, such as learning and development materials, presentations, email communications, social media, newsletters, videos, and signage. You have experience developing, writing, coordinating, and editing content pieces and could create any of the aforementioned as needed. You could even show us an example or two of your past work.

You have great attention to detail. Even amid juggling multiple assignments, you are diligent in your reviews, dotting all of the is and crossing all of the ts. You easily catch errors, which supports your editing capabilities, and never let a to-do item slip past you.

You are up-to-speed with social media. You are familiar and comfortable with all of the mainstream social media outlets and have some experience managing a corporate social media account. Youre a quick learner when it comes to technology and can stay ahead of the curve on the latest social trends and strategies. You also understand how business accounts differentiate from personal accounts and have ideas to successfully run them.

You are creative-minded. Maybe youre an ideas person. Maybe youre extra witty when writing social posts. Maybe you like to design. Or even better, all of the above. Developing new ideas and executing them in a creative way is fun for you. Bonus points for experience using Adobe Creative Suite products.

Youre a confident communicator. You consider yourself a people-person. You work well with others and can confidently communicate, whether in-person, on the phone, or via email, with a variety of people, including those you have never met. Actually, phone conversations screening and asking questions is no problem for you.

You are willing to jump right in. You love helping others and are willing to support the team wherever needed, even when it comes to administrative duties. You dont need a ton of supervision because youre accountable and can juggle a variety of tasks as they come in. Youre also a quick learner, which makes new tasks easy for you.

You have HR administrative or similar experience. You preferably have a bachelors degree, and 2-4 years of HR administrative or similar experience. Day-to-day work examples

Observability Event Management Engineer

An engineering position in Inventory Data & Enterprise Application Services (IDEAS) Observability group that will play a key role in Architecting / Planning and developing Observability solutions. Focus is on the Event Management space processing events form upstream Observability tooling and processing them through AI/ML functions, Ticketing, notifications, and other automations.

Responsibilities:

• Drive engineering and certification of event management and infrastructure monitoring platform products.

• Development of custom tooling extension and integrations of monitoring services with external systems, such as CMDB' s, ticketing and notification systems and larger data lake technologies and deliver with automated SRE tooling functions.

• Work closely with engineering, and operations, and applications teams across Citi to understand and collect monitoring and data analytics requirements.

• Support Service Now SaaS migration by developing and testing custom integrations between Event Management tooling and Service Now SaaS, internal ansible playbook automation functions and internal notification systems (Heed).

Q ualifications:

• Minimum 10 years' Engineering of 3rd party software and services in the event management space.

• Proficient in Agile work methods and JIRA based workflow management.

• Required working knowledge Of event Management systems like (BigPanda, Moogsoft, Netcool etc)

• Working knowledge of Event Management Rules developments, Triggers & Automation development.

• Strong skillset required in Linux (RHEL) and Windows; packaging; OS concepts and services; shell scripting; regular expressions; end-to-end testing; performance/scalability testing; implementing open-source solutions; product customizations; Java; JSON.

• Experience with software delivery and documentation tools like Bit bucket, Artifactory, Jenkins, JIRA Confluence

• Knowledge of Data Science, Machine learning and Artificial intelligence will be a plus

As a Supervisor in Case Management RN, you will provide leadership for social work and case management staff ensuring quality and integrity of care delivered. This role will be responsible for being the main resource for Case Managers, and to supervise, interact, and guide the team to ensure quality and integrity of care as well as aligning the Case Management staff to adhere to TJC and CMS regulations. It will entail being a Case Manager on the floor with an assignment, completing some admin work, and assisting with complex cases as needed.

• (RN) Registered Nurse license eligible to practice in the State of TX
• Associate Degree in Nursing required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience required, preferably in an acute care setting
• Supervisory Experience preferred
