Responsible for project operations and project support including standardization, quality management, document management, project maintenance, process improvement and tools for the order management function. Accountable for the quality of own work. Subject to direct operations supervision/prescribed work instructions/systems checking. Executes within a well-defined operations framework.

+ Responsible for receiving orders and accurately entering orders into SAP order management software
+ Prepare the Order Acknowledgment
+ Prepare invoices
+ Prepare the Lien Waivers
+ Assist the project managers with administrative duties
+ Support with other departments such as Technical Support, Purchasing, Logistics, Manufacturing, Commercial, Product Managers, etc., Support other ordering processing including expediting orders, change orders, etc.
+ Order status and resolving discrepancies.
+ Sales Revenue Recognition to be monitored
**Roles and Responsibilities**
+ Responsible for maintaining and making available as necessary complete and current project documents and related information throughout the project cycle.
+ Developing conceptual knowledge of professional discipline. May include support roles with specialized expertise or in broad area.
+ Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or experience. Understands how work of own team contributes to the area.
+ Resolves issues using established procedures. Consults supervisor or more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.
+ Supporting the process of logistics, good receipt, (inventory check, etc.)
+ Proof of deliveries collection and administration
**Qualifications/Requirements**
+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Engineering or Business with a minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, engineering, manufacturing
+ OR Associate degree with at least 4 years of experience in project management, engineering, manufacturing, or related field
**Desired Characteristics**
+ Strong oral and written communication skills.
+ Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
+ Strong PowerPoint skills; familiarity with video conferencing and scanning
The salary range for this position is 69,600.00 - 87,000.00 USD Annual. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. 69,600.00 - 87,000.00 - 104,400.00 USD Annual

In this role you will be implementing and maintaining an Engineering Change Notice System, including product improvements, repairs, and new product development, the Advanced Configuration Management Associate will have the opportunity to help our nation's heroes make a true impact. You'll coordinate the interaction between engineering, manufacturing, and program management to ensure appropriate changes are documented and controlled. We'll count on you to ensure configuration identification by reviewing design release documents for completeness and proper authorizations.
