Business Management Associate Position:
The Business Management Associate is an entry-level functional expert. Associates will complete an intensive 12-18 month training program within one of our core functions in Strategic Pricing, Supply Chain, Commodity Merchandising, Feed Formulation, Sourcing, Strategic Marketing and Technology, or Data and Business Analytics and complete cross-trainings in other functional areas . The program includes learning of both strategic and tactical business concepts within Cargill’s Animal Nutrition business. Associates will be evaluated on their technical skills, business acumen, and leadership actions and potential. **Compensation**
A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role is $61,000/Year. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs.
