About your role:
As a Cyber Compliance & Business Management - Advisor, you will be supporting leaders who are accountable for preparing, framing and delivering formal cybersecurity responses to internal auditors, regulatory bodies, and auditing firms across the globe. Our team safeguards legal standing, compliance and reputation of Fiserv by addressing the efficacy and quality of corporate processes necessary for timely, correct and trustworthy information gathering which is shared with associates and represented in official communications.
What you'll do:

Support the leaders that are responsible for internal audit facilitation, external audit response and regulatory response.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand controls.

Provide written responses to questions from external auditors and regulators for review.

Keep document and response repositories updated.

Understand and articulate our Cyber and Tech compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

What We're Looking For
Reporting to the IT Compliance department, the Business Continuity Manager AVP will execute the enterprise-wide crisis management, business continuity, and disaster recovery program. Working across business teams, IT, and senior leadership, you will manage, test, and continuously improve the risk-based resilience framework that protects critical banking services, meets regulatory requirements, and supports the bank's continued growth. You will be responsible to drive closure to findings and recommendations and to establish a mature forward-looking program.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and improve Crisis Management Plans, Business Continuity Plans (BCP), and Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP) in alignment to industry standards and regulations
- Conduct Business Impact Analyses (BIA) across the organization to identify critical processes, systems, and quantify resilience metrics such as RPOs, RTOs, and MTDs
- Identify, propose, defend, and help implement resilience strategies and solutions
- Design, coordinate, and execute a risk-based multi-year testing calendar
- Provide BCM program training throughout the enterprise to ensure awareness and readiness
- Support the response and recovery processes following disruptive events
- Produce monthly resilience metrics and reports for IT management and steering committee(s)
- Maintain thorough program artifacts (including resilience plans, testing evidence, internal procedures, guidelines, and training material) to demonstrate ongoing compliance to internal governance requirements
- Act as a subject matter expert on BCM best practices
- Must Have
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner to diverse audiences
- Exceptional presentation and meeting facilitation skills, with the ability to ensure meeting objectives are fulfilled within the allocated time
- 5+ years of progressive experience in business continuity, disaster recovery, crisis management, incident management, or operational risk
