Eagle Integrated Services, LLC (EIS) is seeking a Business Management Analyst to support our ongoing mission in Fall Church, VA. The ideal candidate must be able to perform the tasks listed below (but are not limited to the tasks listed below). This position requires a Secret Clearance.

What You'll Do:

Candidate must possess the ability to support the efforts at DHA in the disciplines as listed below.

  • Draft executive-level products and subject expert research for briefings requested by the Chief of J-34 Protection Division
  • Performed the duties of staff writer and technical editor to include drafting and proofreading administrative instructions, technical operating procedures, and proprietary reports.
  • Coordinated with management to manage Security policy from Headquarters-specific to Enterprise-wide in support of DoD personnel transitioning under DHA authority, direction, and control
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for security solutions, ensuring they align with the organization's security strategy.
  • Gather and organize information to develop papers, reports, analysis
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently
  • Possesses critical thinking skills
  • MS Office Tools required (Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of administrative regulations and operating procedures
  • Provide clear communication and assignment of tasks/projects
  • Organize/track actions through completion
  • Knowledge of the mission, functions, and structure of the organization, and able obtain data and information regarding work operations and to prepare a report of findings
  • A working knowledge of the United States Military and the Department of Defense to include but not limited to ranks and titles of uniformed service members

What You Bring:

  • BS (or equivalent experience) in management related discipline.
  • 4-10 years of related experience.
  • Minimum Secret Clearance; able to obtain Top Secret clearance if needed

The resource will be a member of the functional team and assist the organization through activities including end user support and training, general help desk operations, yearly asset inventory support, problem identification and troubleshooting, release management, as-is and to-be process definition, detailed design creation for existing and future business process, process re-engineering, data conversion, and testing. They should have an understanding and demonstrated knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) process. **Your future duties and responsibilities:**
The individual will be involved in a variety of functional and business process tasks to meet the client objectives. This may include:
