**About this role:**
Wells Fargo is seeking a Small Business Relationship Management Manager to support Small Business Banking. We are seeking candidates that are passionate about small business, with the ability to build trust, and deepen relationships as well as leadership experience to help drive and deliver results for small business clients.
**In this role, you will:**
+ Manage and develop a team of relationship managers with a focus on client relationship management, client experience, acquisition of new clients, deepening of existing relationships, and risk management for Small Business customers (defined as revenue of $1-25MM).
+ Promote the growth of the business by implementing strategies to increase revenue by onboarding new clients, deepening the relationship with existing clients, and retaining existing credit or deposit balances within an assigned territory.
+ Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development.
+ Make decisions and resolve low to moderately complex issues regarding resources, objectives, and operations of team to meet business objectives.
+ Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and multiple level managers, interact directly with clients, represent the company externally, and lead a team of individuals to resolve client issues while achieving Wells Fargo's business objectives, by helping clients navigate processes and escalating inquires when needed.
+ Create professional teams within functional area through effective selection, training, skill development, motivation, evaluation, and retention of highly skilled and proficient business banking professionals.
+ Manage allocation of people and financial resources for functional area
+ Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent
+ Coach and manage team with low to moderate complexity and risk to offer the full suite and digital solutions to meet clients' needs, by developing best practices to engage product organizations and understand clients' businesses, strategic objectives, operational priorities, and financial positions.
+ Partner with Strategy, Sales, and Product partners to provide vision, leadership, leveraging market data and expertise on client and market needs to enable the innovation, design, and delivery of solutions more effectively.
+ Establish relationships with Wells Fargo partners across assigned territory to develop partnership agreements to better meet our client's needs.
+ This LO position has customer contact and job duties which may include needs assessing and referring those customers interested in a dwelling secured product to a SAFE team member. This position includes assisting customers without taking an application and without offering or negotiating terms of a dwelling secured transaction. Individuals in a LO position also must meet the Loan Originator requirements under Regulation Z (LO) outlined in the job expectations below.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ 4+ years of Business Banking experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
+ 2+ years of leadership experience
**Desired Qualifications:**
+ Demonstrated ability and proven track record of managing a high performing non-exempt and/or exempt sales team
+ Demonstrated ability to manage teams across multiple locations including geography/markets and/or remote.
+ Demonstrates a clear understanding of Business Banking products, such as:

**Job Description:**
Job Summary The ServiceNow SIAM Business Analyst is a client-facing expert responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Service Integration and Management (SIAM) frameworks using the ServiceNow platform.
This role combines deep knowledge of SIAM operating models and ServiceNow capabilities to assess and deliver integrated, multi-supplier service environments that meet business and technical requirements.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Support the definition and implementation of SIAM frameworks within ServiceNow, including service definitions, SLAs, and critical metrics. Collaborate with engagement teams to translate business needs into technical requirements and ServiceNow workflows.
Develop and maintain Service Management Manuals (SMMs) and supporting documentation for SIAM delivery.
Configure and integrate ServiceNow modules relevant to SIAM, such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Supplier Management, and Service Level Management. Provide guidance on industry best practices and ensure alignment with ITIL and SIAM principles
1. Design and implement dashboards and performance analytics to monitor service delivery and supplier performance.
Support onboarding and configuration of Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and ensure seamless integration with middleware platforms. Participate in governance forums and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across service towers.
**Required Qualifications:**
Proven experience in SIAM and ServiceNow solution design and implementation.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and modules relevant to SIAM.
Expertise in business and technical writing for client-facing documentation.
Familiarity with infrastructure, networks, databases, and web technologies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to work independently and proactively address integration challenges.
Ability to work with clients and stakeholders of all levels.
Ability to conduct SIAM/ServiceNow maturity and healthcheck assessments.
Ability to create engagement documentation and collateral.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
Knowledge and expertise of the methods defined within the Service Integration and Management Book of Knowledge (SIAMBoK).
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Implementation Specialist certifications.
Experience with multi-vendor environments and service integrator models.
Knowledge of governance frameworks and performance metrics.

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Relationship Support Representative (GPL Service Team Lead) to join the Global Payments & Liquidity team.


In this role, you will:

  • Be accountable for a complex portfolio of customers

  • Share leadership role with managers to oversee a portfolio of accounts

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Business Relationship Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • 2+ years ’ Treasury Management Dedicated Client Services Experience

  • 2+ years’ experience supporting Complex Treasury Management Products (Ex: ECS Product Suite, BAI, International Wires) and utilizing Treasury Management Tools and Applications (Ex: UAM, Service View, Hogan)

  • Ability to triage and troubleshoot complex issues, inclusive of root cause identification and communication of resolution to clients and internal stakeholders

  • Ability to act as an extension of management supporting the broader team, leading escalations and managing partner relationships

  • Advanced knowledge and ability to support high profile, complex clients within the Commercial banking or Corporate Investment Banking client base

  • Strong personal leadership skills, including initiative, accountability and the ability to inspire and motivate others


Job Expectations :

  • This position is a hybrid work model. Must be willing to work out of the Irving, TX location approximately 3 days a week

  • The hours for this position may vary between 7 AM and 6 PM Local Standard Time
