The position is responsible for governance of development, implementation, and enhancement of crisis management and business continuity plans across the organization, collaborating with various stakeholders to reduce risk and enhance operational resilience.
Responsibilities
+ Lead and document the annual schedule of crisis exercises, activation drills, and business continuity plan updates. Ensure minimal operational impact during these exercises.
+ Prepare and deliver detailed monthly metrics reports, ensuring accuracy and comprehensiveness, while including insights from a risk perspective.
+ Audit and identify enhancements for site-specific and functional crisis management and business resilience plans to ensure compliance with best practices and quality standards.
+ Maintain crisis management documentation in collaborative platforms such as SharePoint or Teams, ensuring all stakeholders have seamless access.
+ Represent Global Security in crisis/business continuity exercises, providing expert analysis and recommendations to address identified gaps.
+ Track and analyze global trends in crisis management and business resilience, advising senior management on areas for strategic improvements.
+ Cultivate a deep understanding of business continuity tools, providing key support and leadership in their deployment and adoption.
+ Spearhead initiatives within the global preparedness program, driving engagement and resilience across the organization.

Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree required; certification in crisis management or business continuity planning preferred.
+ Minimum 5 years of experience in crisis management, business continuity, or related fields; proficiency in crisis management and business continuity software preferred.
+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex situations and develop solutions.
+ Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information succinctly to diverse audiences; experience leading tabletop exercises, training sessions, and other group forums preferred.
+ Self-starter with demonstrated ability to prioritize initiatives and meet global program requirements; project management/software experience preferred.

BASIC PURPOSE
The WMS (Warehouse Management System) Implementation Business Lead is responsible for delivery of a successful WMS rollout that aligns to the operational goals and customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for warehouse implementations. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
The WMS Implementation Business Lead is responsible for developing and implementing processes aligned with US Foods new Warehouse Management System across the distribution network. This individual will represent Supply Chain operations in requirements gathering, detailed design, implementation, and support phases.
- Using Inbound, Outbound, Warehouse, and/or Engineering subject matter expertise, lead the systems implementation team to deliver a WMS instance across the US Foods network.
- Evaluate current and/or intended warehouse environments, identify fit to standard solutions, configure process and technology to achieve intended outcomes.
- Document new processes for warehouse functions aligned with new technology.
- Understand change activities and contribute to risk assessment and mitigation.
- Act as a SME for the local Operations Team and provide hands-on training as necessary.
- Drive accountability of the project execution and delivery of successful operations based on warehouse KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and customer SLAs.
- Execute system configuration, implementation, and testing activities within the scope of a project.
- Act as a change agent and assist operational teams with the transition from as-is / to-be processes and systems.

- Evaluate current and/or intended warehouse environments, identify fit to standard solutions, configure process and technology to achieve intended outcomes.
- Document new processes for warehouse functions aligned with new technology.
- Understand change activities and contribute to risk assessment and mitigation.
- Act as a SME for the local Operations Team and provide hands-on training as necessary.
- Drive accountability of the project execution and delivery of successful operations based on warehouse KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and customer SLAs.
- Execute system configuration, implementation, and testing activities within the scope of a project.
- Act as a change agent and assist operational teams with the transition from as-is / to-be processes and systems.
- Function as a subject matter expert and drive the alignment of system functionality to desired processes and outcomes with the project team.
- Evaluate system and operational performance to identify issues or opportunities for improvement and collaborate on solution development or resolution.
- Interface with internal and external stakeholders with professionalism and the ability to connect system functionality to business processes.

- Primary relationship with Supply Chain (Replenishment, Operations, Operations Excellence, Transportation and Routing, Logistics, Customer Experience), Commercial, Finance, Enterprise PMO
- Close partnership with SC IT team in coordinating systems and hardware requirements, integration, testing, and acceptance
**External:**
- Professional networks, industry organizations, systems and equipment vendors, and/or consultants focused on leading practices in supply chain systems and technology deployment
**WORK ENVIRONMENT**
- Remote: This role is fully remote; the associate is expected to perform assigned responsibilities from a home-based environment.
**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**
- BS Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent related work experience
- Minimum 6 years of experience leading process development in complex warehouse environments, WMS implementations, warehouse operations focused continual improvement, or other relevant experience
- Up to 80% travel
- Analytical skills and experience identifying potential issues and developing contingency plans
- Capable of being a strong team member while able to manage individual priorities
- Experience delivering on-the-job coaching to warehouse staff as it relates to process and systems
- Strong skills in developing workflow solutions to simplify process operations
- The ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Ability to work independently as well as in a highly collaborative, team-based environment
- Have a broad-based general technology mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer Skills: Microsoft Office (Excel, Visio, Word, and PowerPoint) and/or G Suite. Experience using and implanting modern cloud-based warehouse management solutions (e.g., Blue Yonder, Manhattan, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to interact effectively across the organization including with senior level management
- Strong ability to communicate with IT users, warehouse operators, and business leaders to craft processes that enable favorable business outcomes
- Customer-focused approach to delivering services and support to internal customers.

Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law (for example: state minimum wage thresholds). The expected base rate for this role is between
$95,000 - $55,000
