About your role:

As a Cyber Compliance & Business Management - Advisor, you will be supporting leaders who are accountable for preparing, framing and delivering formal cybersecurity responses to internal auditors, regulatory bodies, and auditing firms across the globe. Our team safeguards legal standing, compliance and reputation of Fiserv by addressing the efficacy and quality of corporate processes necessary for timely, correct and trustworthy information gathering which is shared with associates and represented in official communications.

What you'll do:

  • Support the leaders that are responsible for internal audit facilitation, external audit response and regulatory response.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand controls.

  • Provide written responses to questions from external auditors and regulators for review.

  • Keep document and response repositories updated.

  • Understand and articulate our Cyber and Tech compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Experience you'll need to have:

  • 2+ years of experience in cybersecurity risk management or related fields.

  • 2+ years of experience in technology.

Experience that would be great to have:

  • Experience in project management.

Salary Range

$90,000.00 - $152,400.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey, New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.

**Job Description**
This position is responsible for the acquisition, expansion and retention of new Payment business, including Merchant, Treasury Management and Card products.
Job duties include:
+ Contact existing and prospective clients to provide consultative advice on the business cash conversion cycle, working capital management and internal processes to develop Payment business.
+ In collaboration with Business Banking Relationship Managers, manage relationships with existing clients to ensure proper servicing and structure of accounts and to expand existing business.
+ Conduct receivables and payables business operating cycle analyses for identified client and prospective client relationships.
+ Provide consultative and insightful feedback to clients.
+ Provide product/service recommendations to create process efficiencies and provide other business flow benefits to the client or prospect.
+ Leverage available resources and technologies to optimize the client experience and serve our clients with operational excellence and accuracy.
+ Meet or exceed assigned sales and revenue goals and retention objectives.
+ May assist in the structuring of new or modified Payment services and oversee the proper implementation of those services.

**Basic Qualifications**

HDR has an excellent opportunity for a Nebraska/Iowa Utility Management Services Business Class Lead. In this position, you will serve as a seller-doer to grow the UMS business class by leading pursuits, managing staff, and managing projects.

HDR's NE/IA UMS Business Class Lead will provide leadership to develop, coordinate, monitor, and improve technical services for municipal water and wastewater utility support services, particularly utility planning, asset management, finance, regulatory support, and operations consulting. The NE/IA UMS Business Class Lead will lead the growth and further develop and manage UMS projects that may include condition assessment and rehabilitation of water, stormwater and wastewater infrastructure, utility management/asset management, business process assessments, strategic planning, capital planning & rate studies, operations optimization, regulatory support, system conveyance, master planning, technology selection/on-boarding, data management/ visualization, or pursuit of federal funding/financing.

In the role of NE/IA Utility Management Services Business Class Lead, we'll count on you to:

  • Identify project opportunities, lead client development and pursuits to win work of key projects in the UMS business sector and assist with others as directed
  • Pursue UMS project opportunities across business groups, business classes and market sectors
  • Develop and implement strategies, with the collaboration from local, regional and national support, for the marketing and delivery of UMS services
  • Manage and execute project delivery for drinking water, wastewater and stormwater utility projects as a Seller/Doer
  • Perform Project Management duties and be responsible for project financials and the project team
  • Develop, mentor and manage staff in the UMS business class
  • Active engagement in selected professional conferences and industry associations with presentations, committee assignments and leadership positions
  • Manage and develop multidiscipline teams
  • Work collaboratively with other Business Class Leads and Market Sector Leads within the water business group
