Required qualifications:
- Partnering with business leaders to understand their talent needs and develop strategic HR solutions.
- Providing expert guidance on talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, and employee relations.
- Developing and implementing talent management programs, including succession planning and leadership development.
- Managing complex employee relations issues, conducting investigations, and ensuring fair and consistent application of policies.

Required qualifications:

- 7+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years as an HR Business Partner.
- Proven experience in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, employment law, and best practices.

- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with senior leadership.
