This role sits within the Office of the Chief Technology Officer function of Janus Henderson Investors' Global Technology organization. Global Technology consists of 450 employees across the UK, the US, Australia, and other APAC countries.
In this role, you will:
+ Collaborate with Finance Business Partners to provide budget, forecast and variance analysis and related reports as needed

Compensation information

**Summary**
The Asset Management Business Partner will be directly responsible for the life-cycle performance of all assets in the Business Unit (BU) that they support. S/he is responsible for fleet management, product line analysis, margin performance, customer and location profitability and vehicle performance analysis. The incumbent is also responsible for managing the ROA on 188,000 plus vehicles or $6.8 Billion in assets across the entire company. Additionally, the Asset Manager will ensure that all asset processes are coordinated across all functional area's in the BU including sales, rental, maintenance, SCS, RVS, financial aspects of the fleet and leadership to all functional areas that they touch. S/he will report directly to the Director of Asset Management.
**Essential Functions**
+ Responsible for: Fleet Management, Product Line Analysis, Margin Performance, customer and location profitability and Vehicle performance analysis within assigned geographical area.
+ Provide direction, prioritize, strategize and influence all functional areas in an effort to maximize assets.
+ Manage: fleet performance, idle assets, asset task force and hold weekly asset calls within assigned geographical area.

This role will support the Space ISR Business Management Team. As a key member of the team, this position will support the day-to-day program execution for the program management teams and collaborate closely with various Senior Directors, Program Managers, customers, Leads, and other cross-functional groups.
**What You Will Do**
+ Support Space ISR as the communications lead
+ Metrics development, collection, and dissemination to programs and internal customers

+ Conduct risk analysis and mitigation of programmatic challenges that may include special projects for shaping customer communication and program growth potential

**Qualifications You Must Have:**
+ Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and minimum two years of relevant experience (including business and program management, finance, etc)
+ Experience supporting US government customers in a cleared environment
+ Experience developing process documentation (to include Standard Operating Procedures)
+ Experience with Microsoft Office Suite resources
