We are seeking a Manager 3 to join us in the pursuit of top-tier financial performance. The position will be based in Southern California, or Melbourne, FL. will report to the Sector Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, and will have the following responsibilities:
+ Manage a team of four analysts and coordinate all aspects of the Monthly/Quarterly Financial Planning and Analysis processes for the Aeronautics Sector
+ Lead development of the Sector consolidated Long Range Strategic Plans and Annual Operating Plans.
+ Manage sector financials, including: integrated sector financial statements, evaluation of division/program financial and cost forecasting, reporting and analysis, what-if modeling for sector level sensitivities including support for sector level journal entries, treasury forecast.
+ Manage sector overhead base forecast, including: consolidation and review of program cost estimates, variance analysis, and provide support for overhead FPRP audits.
+ Work with the finance and business management teams to develop strategies to improve financial performance based on metrics.
+ Internal and external audit support
+ Support the development of presentations for, and brief to, Sector leadership.
+ Interface with geographically disbursed business, program, and sector personnel.
+ Support initiatives and ad hoc requests from Sector, and Corporate leadership
**Basic Qualifications:**
+ 9 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline or 7 years with a Masters degree.
+ Requires intermediate to advanced understanding of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
+ Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance.

Primary Level Salary Range: $133,400.00 - $231,800.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. Overview
As a Business Systems Analyst at Publicis Sapient, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients, leading the vision, strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for digital products within major Digital Business Transformation (DBT) engagements. You will work at the intersection of business and technology, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes in the Asset Management domain.
This role requires deep domain knowledge in Asset Management, a strong grasp of financial products (preferably Fixed Income), and a working knowledge of the order and trade lifecycle. You will be instrumental in shaping product propositions that provide transformative client outcomes and operational efficiency
Responsibilities
- Partner with client stakeholders, strategists, experience leads, and architects to frame business goals and define value-driven product strategies.
- Develop product vision, strategy, and roadmap grounded in client objectives and market trends, with a focus on asset management workflows, trading, and post-trade functions.
- Serve as the voice of the customer across cross-functional teams, ensuring product decisions are aligned with client needs and regulatory requirements.
- Translate product vision into a clear, prioritized backlog of features balancing short-term impact with long-term strategic goals.
- Facilitate ideation workshops, define solution hypotheses, and validate concepts through client research, journey mapping, and testing.
- Build business cases, present to senior executives, and influence prioritization to maximize business value and client outcomes.
- Lead delivery teams using Agile and Lean practices, driving consistent value delivery in 10-12 week program increments.
- Establish trusting client relationships and serve as a thought leader by bringing market knowledge in Asset Management - Fixed Income, and trading platforms.
- Mentor and guide product analysts and junior team members to elevate product management practices.
- Strong experience in Asset Management, with knowledge across Portfolio Management, Trading, Confirmation & Settlement, and Regulatory/Client Reporting.
