Northrop Grumman is seeking Associate Business Management/Business Management Analysts - Pathways Program . This position will be located at our Mission Systems Sector in Linthicum, MD. This position will be in the Pathways rotational program where there will be three rotation opportunities within Business Management. Each rotation could be in one of the following Business Management roles: Program Control Analyst (PCA), Contracts Analyst, Pricing Analyst, Rates Analyst, Budget Analyst, Financial Planning Analyst, Accounting Analyst, Scheduling Analyst, or an Analyst in a Controller support department.
The qualified candidate will become part of Northrop Grumman's Business Management Organization.
This role requires onsite presence of 4-5 days a week depending on the assigned rotation. This role does not offer full-time telecommuting or full-time remote work.

This role requires deep expertise in pharmacy supply chain financial management, PBM transitions, and pharmacy operations. • Collaborate with the IT Lead, PMO, Operations, vendor partners, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of business processes with the PBM supply chain model.

**The opportunity**
Our Supply Chain Management Consultants are valued members of the EY team using a structured project methodology to define, develop and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management. This is a client-facing role requiring a team-oriented individual with strong communication and leadership skills. You will be responsible for helping with the entire design of our clients' ERP systems to determine business requirements and help our clients achieve successful implementations.
As a Senior in Technology Business Analysis, you will be instrumental in connecting business needs with technical solutions. You will play a pivotal role in evaluating business models, eliciting requirements, and ensuring the technical teams deliver solutions that are in perfect harmony with business objectives.
**Your key responsibilities**
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch business analysis and system configuration. Your day-to-day will involve:

**To qualify for the role, you must have**
+ A bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, MIS, Mathematics or related
+ 2 to 4 years of relevant experience specifically in an ERP professional consulting role
+ Minimum of 1 full lifecycle Dynamics AX 2009, AX 2012, and / or Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management implementations (Analysis through Deployment)
+ Minimum of 2 years implementation experience with MS Dynamics AX 2009, AX 2012, and / or Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management
+ Experience in any of the following: discrete, lean, mix mode and/or process manufacturing

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $102,500 to $87,900. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is 122,900 to 213,400. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a vital link between users and Technical IT teams to analyze, document, and test business requirements related to the commercial mortgage application and its data warehouse model.
- Provide effective solutions for system support and enhancement requests while delivering exceptional application support for internal business users.
- Develop, document, and maintain comprehensive business and functional requirements. Conduct structured walkthroughs with business and IT technical team members.
- Transform business requirements into SQL statements, analyze data for issues within the data model, and propose solutions.

- Possess strong SQL and Excel skills with an ability to convert data into insightful information for analytics.
- Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
