Prevailance is seeking an experienced and mission-focused professional to provide Strategic Planning & Project Management Support to Naval Information Forces (NAVIFOR) Information Warfare (IW) Type Commander (TYCOM) as a Business System Analyst .
NAVIFOR exercises responsibility as the Navy's IW TYCOM to organize, man, train, equip, and maintain Navy IW Forces, and related activities to the required levels of current readiness afloat and ashore. The analyst will contribute to the development, execution, and optimization of governance frameworks, strategic planning, and project management processes for enhanced mission outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of cross-organizational governance frameworks and decision models to streamline enterprise decision-making, including Information Warfare Training Committee functions
- Develop strategic and tactical project plans for improved mission support
- Analyze project/program activities and deliverables to identify opportunities for resource optimization and process improvements
- Provide strategic planning support to optimize and align organizational functions, processes, and tasks for improved mission outcomes
- Identify and employ strategic communication tools and tactics to build awareness and propagate messages across NAVIFOR mission areas

Responsibilities
- The K nowledge Management Support contractor shall use knowledge of and experience with Microsoft (MS) Suite, SharePoint, Defense Travel System, Unit Manning Documentation, Air Force Evaluation Management System, and Task Management Tool (TMT), EPMS, or other online tools to support ACC A589 staff planning, analysis, functional matter expertise, USAF intelligence enterprise management, programming, budgeting, technical capabilities, unit engagement, and intelligence production activities (both classified and unclassified) with dedicated Contractors during business hours at each of the six ACC A589 work centers at Langley AFB, VA.

Receive and correlate staff inputs for taskers, Requests for Information (RFIs), and other staff data calls to support ACC A589 Division and Branch tasks.

Assist in the development and coordination of staff briefings, bullet-background papers (BBP), and other reference materials including dissemination via email and other online methods, and posting to SharePoint, other websites, and shared directories.

Schedule, set-up, and execute meetings, VTCs, and other forums as necessary for ACC A589 Division and Branch personnel and leadership.

Prepare, process, and staff ACC A589 correspondence including, but not limited to, awards, decorations, assessments, and training actions using AF Evaluation Management System and other online tools and applications.

Schedule, coordinate, and file Division and Branch leadership travel orders and vouchers using Defense Travel System or other online resources, subject to Government review and approval.

Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses and program evaluation for leadership; provide management with information regarding the improvement of initiatives, policies, and plans.

Maintain Division calendars.

Maintain conference room availability for a conference room servicing 30 facility residents and upwards of 100 transient personnel.

Organize official/semi-official events, and source departure materials for outbound personnel.

Be responsible forelectronic records management and be the POC for records file plan.

Prepare, process, and staff draft and final written and electronic mail correspondence using AFH 33-337, "Tongue and Quill", and in support of senior division leadership (O-6/GG-15) and Deputy Chief (O-5) responsibilities described in AFI 1-2, "Commander Responsibilities": execute the mission, managing resources, leading people, and improving the unit.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the course director, government flight leads, operations officer and commander by augmenting and supporting the FTU staff, instructors, and course directors in class planning, logistics, student support, and administration of classes. Coordinate with the FTU registrar, 39 IOS/SO, and course director on student/class rosters, student arrival dates, security clearance status, and prerequisite fulfillment for in-residence courseware, MTT, and on-line ADL.
- Organize and distribute student welcome packages, seating charts, required forms, paperwork and arrange billeting with local base lodging for students as well as directing them to or coordinating with proper agencies to resolve student day-to-day issues (billeting, medical, legal, etc.).
- in-process students and guest instructors through the 39 IOS/SO, and coordinate/administer courses day one briefings along with assisting with registrar duties, ensuring class rosters remain up to date, coordinating with the 39 IOS/SO to validate student clearances and arranging for indoctrination, and coordinating with IA and Help Desk for student computer system access.
- Coordinate and edit course schedules (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Annual) for completeness and instruction assignments along with operating LMS Perception Manager to include scheduling tests, retrieving, and analyzing test and critique metrics, building classes and student rosters and grading student tests. (e.g., Moodle, Question Mark®)
- Provide coordination of test proctoring for staff and students as well as assist with coordination/scheduling of guest instructors and coordination/scheduling commercial certification training.
- Ensure students complete the required government documentation such as class rosters, network accounts, any other required enrollment documentation and compile, print, coordinate graduation documentation and assist in planning, preparation, and conducting the graduation ceremony and activities.
- Coordinate with COR/Government team lead for student study hall requirements and assist COR/Government team lead with test failures along with ensuring all students are accounted for during class hours and notify Government representative of student's tardiness, inattentiveness, and lapses of courtesy during lectures.
