**ROLE SUMMARY:** Partner directly with dedicated main house wholesalers, cultivating a strategic relationship at a higher level of the wholesaler organization. Using a strategic, forward-thinking mindset, elevate AB's role & presence with wholesalers in your specific market. Support wholesalers while driving commercial ownership and strategic oversight of the annual business plan.
**JOB RESPONSIBILTIES:**
+ Build strong business relationships with key wholesalers and internal partners and ensure alignment between company and customer objectives
+ Build strategies to drive Anheuser Busch's commercial priorities to deliver results
+ Partner with Commercial Director, TMM, and other internal teams, along with wholesaler teams on all issues and sales opportunities, including merchandising, marketing, sales, ride withs and any other relevant plans/actions in the market
+ Communicate results, priorities, and programs weekly/monthly with Wholesaler and Commercial Director
+ POCM management: assist in allocating POCM to branch satellites, communicate to sales team when new POCM is available, and lead storage and inventory of POCM
+ Manage Commercial plan development, Wholesaler Joint Business Plans (WJBP), and critical Commercial processes, including but not limited to:
+ Pricing strategy development & price increase sell-in cents per case audits and forecasting Reviews
+ Manage end-to-end Wholesaler Management and relationships, including Wholesaler planning & performance routine/meetings (innovation, channel, and non-alc), Trimester planning & strategy implementation, and AOE & WEA assessments
+ Oversee and own the Sales, Share and Financial performance of dedicated main house wholesalers
+ Provide routine report-outs through the Sales Performance Reviews with senior management
+ Understand the market dynamics and industry-specific trends and landscapes to bring new insights and solutions to drive results and lead future growth
+ Full understanding and ability to leverage tools at your disposal to provide strategic oversight of the business: IRI, CSR, Business Objects, VIPR, RMIS, etc.)
+ Support and manage pilot projects on an ad-hoc basis
**JOB QUALIFICATIONS:**
+ Minimum of 2 years business experience in sales or marketing, field sales experience preferred, consumer packaged goods industry a plus
+ Moderate to Advanced proficiency utilizing Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Powerpoint to organize data and translate findings into recommendations
+ Ability to confidently present insights, opportunities, and recommendations to internal or external stakeholders in a persuasive manner
+ Experience with dash boarding software such as PowerBI, Qlik, Tableau, or Spotfire
+ Sales experience in consumer packaged goods industry
+ Knowledge of Commercial and Sales strategy, Distribution and Supply

Partner directly with dedicated main house wholesalers, cultivating a strategic relationship at a higher level of the wholesaler organization. Using a strategic, forward-thinking mindset, elevate AB's role & presence with wholesalers in your specific market. Support wholesalers while driving commercial ownership and strategic oversight of the annual business plan.
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Build strong business relationships with key wholesalers and internal partners and ensure alignment between company and customer objectives
+ Build strategies to drive Anheuser Busch's commercial priorities to deliver results
+ Partner with Commercial Director, TMM, and other internal teams, along with wholesaler teams on all issues and sales opportunities, including merchandising, marketing, sales, ride withs and any other relevant plans/actions in the market
+ Communicate results, priorities, and programs weekly/monthly with Wholesaler and Commercial Director
+ POCM management: assist in allocating POCM to branch satellites, communicate to sales team when new POCM is available, and lead storage and inventory of POCM
+ Manage Commercial plan development, Wholesaler Joint Business Plans (WJBP), and critical Commercial processes, including but not limited to:
+ Pricing strategy development & price increase sell-in
+ Cents per case audits
+ Forecasting Reviews
+ Manage end-to-end Wholesaler Management and relationships, including Wholesaler planning & performance routine/meetings (innovation, channel, and non-alc), Trimester planning & strategy implementation, and AOE & WEA assessments
+ Oversee and own the Sales, Share and Financial performance of dedicated main house wholesalers
+ Provide routine report-outs through the Sales Performance Reviews with senior management
+ Understand the market dynamics and industry-specific trends and landscapes to bring new insights and solutions to drive results and lead future growth
+ Full understanding and ability to leverage tools at your disposal to provide strategic oversight of the business: IRI, CSR, Business Objects, VIPR, RMIS, etc.
+ Support and manage pilot projects on an ad-hoc basis
**JOB QUALIFICATIONS:**

* Perception as a trusted advisor by both the staff and the client.
* Strong strategic skills that will assist the staff in creating strategies for each client.
* Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all levels of internal and external clients and Bank colleagues to achieve results

*MANAGER COMMERCIAL BANKING*
WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
Develops sales management and relationship development strategies to promote the revenue growth and profitability of assigned office while maintaining credit quality. Manages the ongoing sales process, including new client sales, referrals, cross sales and retention efforts of the Commercial Banking Relationship Managers and Commercial Client Services Officers. Develops business opportunities by being active in the community and maintaining positive relationships within the Bank. Creates and maintains effective relationships with Division team, ensuring that lines of communication remain open and clients are serviced at a consistently high level.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
* Sales Management ProcessEstablishes individual sales goals and objectives for team and creates an environment that encourages team members to develop profitable relationships and focus their efforts on achieving highest levels of performance. Ensures that relationship development plans are created, implemented, and monitored for each client or prospect. Conducts progress meetings to review results to goal and provides alternative strategies to ensure individual and team goals are met. Redirects team members' efforts when necessary and helps them achieve their performance objectives.Manages the ongoing measurement, tracking, and reporting of team sales activities and performance metrics.Implements client strategies for both new and existing clients.Regularly accompanies Commercial Banking Relationship Managers on key client visits and assists them with closing deals. Conducts an annual review of all client relationships to ensure that clients are properly assigned. Monitors relationships to ensure that cross-sell activities and retention efforts are maximized and that client satisfaction is maintained.
* Staff ManagementHires, terminates, develops, coaches, and motivates team members; identifies staff development needs and provides educational/training opportunities.Maintains appropriate staffing ratios and manages resources to optimize client support and unit profitability.
* Credit Quality and ComplianceInterfaces with Credit Administration and Credit Manager to ensure credit quality and compliance strategies are implemented and the process is efficient and effective.Insures accurate and timely risk identification.Monitors the loan and credit process.
