Job description:
Answer all technical calls and provide first-line support for TPMS products , supported by other staff when is busy on the other phone line.
Diagnose and resolve issues related to TPMS sensors, receivers, software, and related tools. Guide customers (distributors, repair shops, and end-users) through installation, calibration, and troubleshooting procedures.
Record common issues and solutions to build a datebase.
Escalate complex cases to R&D or product engineering teams. Assist for software updating with TPMS diagnostic tools.
Support internal teams (sales, product, and training) with technical expertise
Create relearn tutorials and share them to marketing of customers in order to cover all vehicles which assembled with our product. Upload these documents to customer's website for reference.
Create videos concerning our product to enhance the brand and promote our sensor, this includes showcasing the tools, showing how to program the sensors, and tutorials on how to relearn the vehicles.
Help with warehousing when necessary
