We are seeking a qualified Heavy Equipment Operator to oversee and manage commercial projects, specializing in site work, water/sewer projects, and the construction of playgrounds and parks. This role will require 3 years of commercial foreman experience as well as a valid MA2A1C. This position will pay between $35 and $5 an hour and can interview and start as soon as possible. The School of Art at Carnegie Mellon University continually seeks qualified adjunct instructors to teach a variety of studio courses. This is an open call for part-time adjunct instructors in the area of Sculpture, Installation, and Site Work (SIS). This area focuses on object making and fabrication, teaching a range of techniques in wood, metals, mold making, soft sculpture, ceramics / clay, as well as mixed media and site-specific installation. This area also teaches interactive object making, physical computing, and various forms of digital fabrication, including 3D printing and the uses of various CNC machines.
Examples of courses for which we seek instructors include foundation-, intermediate-, and advanced-level courses in wood, metals, mold making and casting, soft sculpture, physical computing, digital fabrication, mixed media, and installation. Studio classes typically meet for three hours a day, two days a week, over a 14-week semester. Studio courses have an average enrollment of 15 students per class.
Applications are accepted on a rolling basis all year long. Candidates who meet criteria for needed courses will be contacted during planning for the fall or spring semesters.

We are looking for a Data Engineer- Pipelines & Platform that will focus on building and maintaining reliable, scalable pipelines on our Google Cloud Platform (GCP) data ecosystem. They will ensure data from SAP, Salesforce, eCommerce, WMS, and other systems flows seamlessly into BigQuery through automated, monitored, and secure processes.You will play a pivotal and foundational role in shaping our data driven and AI mission by building the pipelines, products, and platforms that power the next generation of digital distribution.

A Typical Day

  • Design, build, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines on GCP using Dataflow, Dataproc, or Cloud Data Fusion.
  • Manage workflow orchestration with Cloud Composer (Airflow) for scheduling, retries, and monitoring.
  • Optimize data ingestion from SAP, Salesforce, eCommerce, and WMS into BigQuery.
  • Implement Pub/Sub streaming pipelines for near real-time use cases.
  • Develop and manage bronze/silver layers (raw + cleansed) with best practices for schema design and partitioning.
  • Implement data quality frameworks (Great Expectations, dbt tests, or custom Python checks) with automated alerts.
  • Automate CI/CD for data pipelines using Cloud Build or GitHub Actions.
  • Monitor cost/performance of pipelines with Cloud Monitoring & Logging.
  • Document pipeline architecture and maintain data lineage via Dataplex or Collibra integration.

To Land This Opportunity

  • You have 4+ years of experience in data engineering, ideally with GCP as the primary cloud.
  • You obtain deep expertise with BigQuery, Dataflow, Cloud Composer, and Pub/Sub.
  • You're proficient in SQL and Python.
  • You have hands-on experience with dbt for data transformations.
  • You're familiar with Terraform (or Deployment Manager) for IaC.
  • You have experience designing scalable ingestion frameworks from ERP/CRM/WMS/eCommerce.
  • You have strong knowledge of security, IAM, and compliance in cloud data environments.
  • You're an all-star communicator and are proficient in English (both written and verbal)
  • You have a quality, high speed internet connection at home

TraceAir is a construction SaaS startup that provides data analytics to construction teams to help them better manage their job sites. We currently work with top land developers, home builders, contractors, and engineers across the US and Canada. This is a great chance to work with a fast-growing Series B company.

About the role
We are seeking an exceptional Head of GIS to lead our 40-person Geospatial Information Systems team through an exciting period of growth and transformation. This role is pivotal to our business, overseeing a diverse, distributed team of specialists and assistants across Armenia, Kazakhstan, Spain, Israel, and beyond.

While deep GIS expertise is essential, our number one priority is leadership - we need someone who can inspire, develop, and integrate a multicultural, multi-location team, ensuring operational excellence and long-term success.

About GIS team

The GIS team develops the photogrammetry data gathered by drones/lidars, georeferences blueprints and surfaces, and fills the platform with cartographic data, develops custom solutions and prototypes, enables flight marker placement and other field work.

We seek the Head of GIS to lead our dynamic and skilled GIS team of 30+ members. This role combines strategic leadership, hands-on management to optimize team performance, scale operations as volumes grow, and heavy cross-functional collaboration across different time zones. This role reports to the COO.

What You'll Do

1) Budgeting and talent acquisition

  • Defining the organizational structure and roles within the GIS team to align with business objectives and maintain the acceptable cost

  • Budgeting and Resource Allocation

  • Identifying skill gaps and creating strategies to attract top GIS talent

  • Collaborating with HR to conduct effective recruitment processes

  • Developing onboarding programs to integrate new hires and ensure their success within the team

2) Team management

  • Building and maintaining a collaborative and high-performing team environment

  • Plan and execute the successful reassembly of the GIS team due to the transition to a remote-first team

  • Setting clear expectations, goals, and performance metrics for team members

  • Providing regular feedback, coaching, and support to foster professional growth to mid-level GIS management

  • Resolving conflicts and addressing team dynamics to ensure smooth operations

  • Recognizing and rewarding team achievements to boost motivation and engagement

  • Plan & execute training and development programs

3) Product management & cross-team collaboration

  • Building efficient processes that help deliver the best quality scans/requests while maintaining SLA within GIS team and across the entire product delivery chain, closely collaborating with leadership of other departments

  • Use analytics to identify gaps in workflows, technology, or product and find ways to optimize them

  • Ensuring data quality, accuracy, and consistency across GIS platforms

  • Tracking and reporting on team KPIs and preparing monthly updates for management

  • Closely collaborate with Engineering and Operations teams

  • Facilitating communication within and across teams, ensuring smooth operations

What we’re looking for

  • Experience: 5+ years in GIS leadership roles, ideally in fast-growing companies and during periods of transformation or relocation.

  • Proficiency with GIS software (QGIS, ArcGIS, etc.) and AutoCAD.

  • Familiarity with photogrammetry tools (e.g., Photoscan, Pix4D, Photomod).

  • Strong understanding of spatial data, coordinate systems, and geospatial workflows.

  • Proven ability to build high-performing remote teams across diverse cultures and time zones.

  • Languages: Fluent English (C1–C2). Russian is a plus.

  • Proven ability to manage, restructure and grow teams during periods of transformation or relocation

  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and cross-functional collaboration
