TKG Components is a +25yr old design and manufacturing company. We design, then manufacturer components for our clients overseas in our partnered factories. We then ship to the US and Canada to warehouse and distribute components to our clients. These components are plastic injection moldings, metal castings, metal stampings, extrusions, CNC machined components and custom assemblies.

We are looking to grow our product lines through Manufacturers Reps.

Job Description

As a Manufacturer Rep for the company, you must be highly motivated, adaptable, customer-focused, curious, and a continuous learner to succeed. We are not micromanaging and will allow fully remote work. You can do this while working another job, you only make money when you make the Sale.

Responsibilities

• Outside Sales for New Customer Acquisitions
• Increasing visibility in the industry by attending networking events, using social media, referrals, etc. (Reimbursed/Paid to attend events)
• Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
• Generate your own Sales Leads in various industries. We will provide list of Approx. 200 leads/Month to verify and contact.

Qualifications

• +2 years outside sales experience
• Demonstrable track record
• Basic technical knowledge or ability to understand manufacturing processes and uses of our products.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Experience:

• Experience selling into the manufacturing field
• Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
• Design or Engineering background
• Strong Mechanical understanding and ability to lead the product process.

Salary:

• 5-15% Commission ONLY (No Salary or Draw) plus yearly bonuses for exceeding goals. These are for new customers only. Company is currently handling current customers.
• One Day Paid Video Call (Or in person if close) for Industry and Company overview.
• You will be given a company E-mail and if you request it, Business Cards.
• You will be sent a package of flyers, as well as digital marketing Media, and access to product Photo files.

Note on Customers: Largest current customer does $1-$ million in Revenue per year, so commission would be 50K-200K on just that customer if you bring in a large customer.

• Operate food production line equipment in accordance with safety and quality standards
• Monitor product flow and adjust machinery to maintain consistent production speed and quality
• Inspect raw materials and finished goods for defects, removing and reporting any non-conforming products
• Accurately weigh, measure, and portion ingredients per production specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following sanitation and hygiene guidelines for food handling
• Assist with packaging, labeling, and stacking finished products for shipment or storage
• Perform routine equipment checks and alert maintenance staff of any malfunctions or safety concerns
• Follow production schedules to ensure timely completion of orders
• Record production data, including quantities produced, waste, and downtime, for reporting purposes
• Support team members to achieve daily production goals and maintain workflow efficiency

• 1-2 years of experience in a food production, manufacturing, or packaging environment (preferred)
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and quality control standards (GMP, HACCP, or similar)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality and consistency

Job Requirements Include:

• 1+ year of consistent experience in a warehouse position preferred.
• 1+ year of experience in a position that required you to stand on your feet for long periods of time.

• Assembles components and prepares packaging supplies according to the packaging requirements of customers.
• Performs final visual inspection of package and components prior to pallet assembly.

Triple Cities Metal Finishing is currently seeking a motivated Production Line Lead to join our team! As a Production Line Lead you will play a crucial role in maintaining quality, safety, and productivity through a hands-on approach. Specifically, the role focuses on training operators and laborers to set up, operate, and tend to plating tanks on an anodize line, as well as use our internal ERP system to track job progress. Position Overview:

• Driving Production: Lead your team to maximize output and meet daily production targets by actively managing the anodize line, troubleshooting issues, and implementing process improvements.
• Ensuring Quality: Oversee all processes to guarantee that parts are finished correctly, meticulously following work order instructions, and adhering to strict quality control standards.
• Team Leadership & Development: Train and mentor a team of operators and laborers, ensuring they have the skills, tools, and support needed to work safely and efficiently.
• Workflow Management: Coordinate with other departments to maintain a seamless workflow, ensuring supplies are in place and downtime is minimized.
• Safety & Compliance: Uphold all safety protocols and quality certifications (ISO 9001:2015, AS9100D, NADCAP), ensuring a safe and productive environment.

Total Compensation Package:

• Wage
  • $17.50 - $18.50 per hour
  • Compensation depends on the selected candidate's experience.
