- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing setting.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies is advantageous.
