Duties:
+ Assemble components and products according to blueprints, specifications, and quality standards.
+ Operate and maintain assembly machinery and tools to ensure peak performance.
+ Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet our high standards.
+ Keep your workspace clean and organized, following all safety protocols.
+ Document production output and promptly report any issues to supervisors.
+ Assist in training new team members, sharing your knowledge and skills.
+ Follow the direction of your assembly supervisor and collaborate with your team.
+ Arrive on time for daily manufacturing activities and adhere to break schedules.
+ Maintain a positive and friendly work environment, minimizing distractions.

Position Requirements:
**REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:**
+ Good communication and interpersonal skills
+ Must be able to understand English on a limited basis in order to follow basic work instructions.
+ Standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks.
+ Manual dexterity and the ability to handle small components.
+ Previous experience in a Warehouse or Manufacturing environment is a plus.

Our production operators are responsible for operating various pieces of equipment in our factory to assemble our products. Operators work on assembly lines and handle parts to transfer, operate, or adjust the production equipment all while doing this in a fast-paced team environment and adhering to safety rules, regulations and equipment requirements.

• Comply with current Good Manufacturing Practices
• Confer with technical and supervisory personnel to report or resolve conditions affecting safety, efficiency, or product quality
• Regulate/shut down equipment during emergency situations or as directed by supervisory personnel.
• Work with injection molding and operate assembly machinery in a Cleanroom and Softwall environment.
• Draw samples of products and conduct quality control tests to ensure conformance to specifications using measuring devices, microscopes, gauges, or calipers
• Accurately record operating data, such as process conditions, test results or instrument readings as it is collected
• Communicate information to supervisors, co-workers, and technicians as required.
• Maintain supplies by checking stock, anticipating and requesting supplies needed.
• Maintain quality standards and perform continuous quality checks to ensure that products meet specifications, tolerances, and customer order requirements by conducting in-process inspection, line clearance, completing production records and continually monitoring the process
• Maintain safe and clean work environment by complying with company procedures, rules and regulations and report any dangerous situations or malfunction of equipment
• Participate in product and equipment investigations, report and investigate non-conformities
• Read production orders and communicate with coworkers in order to determine machine and equipment settings and adjustments, and supply and product specifications
• Remove minor jammed materials from machines and readjust components as necessary to resume normal operations
• Assemble cartons for packaging as required during manufacturing operations.
