Summary: Assisting Production Manager in planning and performing production related activities. The Manufacturing production assistant will do so by prioritizing, planning, scheduling, and managing production related activities like printing and managing co-man labels, .to meet manufacturing objectives in timely and cost-effective manner.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1. Assisting Production Manager in planning and performing production related activities.
2. Prioritizing, planning, scheduling, and managing production related activities like printing and managing co-man labels, .to meet manufacturing objectives in timely and cost-effective manner.
3. Report as finished work orders; to include raw material charges as well as final inventories are accurately aligned and reconciled.
4. Develop an understanding of the sampling process and support as needed.
5. Visitor and Contractor Management.
6. Develop process improvements to improve workflow efficiency.
7. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally.
8. Ensure that manufactured product meets customer specifications.
9. Communicate production updates and errors to Production Manager on regular basis.
10. Organize and schedule job trainings to employees.
11. Generate production related reports, and track work order status.
12. Communicate complex issues to Manager for immediate resolution.

Position Summary:
Machine Operator Assistant's role is to help keep the department running efficiently by staging work for the machines and by caring for the machine fluids (lubricants and coolant).
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness of wash area (i.e. mop floors, change solvents in tanks) and ensure all wash materials used have been replenished at the end of each shift.

- Participate in Setup of equipment and Monitor and record readings of equipment and systems.
- Assist Manufacturing Associates and Scientists in pharma drug manufacturing activities
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor or facility manager.
- Maintain accurate logs of daily cleaning activities and any safety incidents.
- Other duties assigned by Supervisor/Manager.
Education, Experience & Skills Required:
- Some High School education, High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Working knowledge of computer applications
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in industrial or commercial cleaning preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and chemical handling.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately.
- Must be physically capable of lifting heavy objects and performing tasks that require prolonged standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
