Purpose
Collect, organize, analyze and present data to the plant leadership team to identify trends and opportunities to drive continuous improvement in the facility. This role supports all the various functions within the plant to drive business key results in safety, quality and EBITDA.
Key Responsibilities
- Provides day to day contact and communications with management team regarding plant metrics such as throughput and downtime
- Responsible for data mining and trending plant data
- Data input for plant operational reporting
- Review, maintain and build spreadsheets as appropriate for mill management needs
- Identify patterns and trends to determine if processes are in control or out of control

Position Summary:
The Manufacturing Data Manager is responsible for the development of the broader manufacturing data strategy, supporting and continuous improvement of the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) platform and other key data systems across manufacturing operations.
