The Manufacturing Director manages the defense manufacturing facility and reports to the C4ISR Business Area Operations Director. This role will serve as the factory lead dedicated to manufacturing of products that meet or exceed performance for quality, delivery, and cost while driving a continuous improvement culture. Responsibilities are listed as follows:

**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ Significant Operations leadership experience.
+ Knowledge and/or experience with AS9145/APQP or similar performance quality standards.
