• Empty all trash containers and replace bags. Spot clean doors and walls as needed. Dust all flat surfaces. Vacuum all carpeted floors or dust mop and damp mop all hard floor surfaces.
• Sweep, mop or machine scrub all red or green shop floors between guide rails. Placing wet floor signs and remove when dry.
• Police cafeteria as scheduled and deep clean once per shift.
• Change out recycling bins on shop floor as needed.
• Immediately report all accidents, incidents, damages and client concerns to your supervisor.
• Clean all tools, supplies, and equipment after each use and store in their proper place.

• Load and unload supplies and equipment.
• Adhere to all applicable safety practices.

• Ensure facilities are clean projecting a positive image of the Company.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Parts replacement: Ordering and installing replacement parts for machinery as needed.
• Carry out routine inspection of production machines for potential malfunctions, identify defective parts, and assess maintenance needs.
• Implement guidelines and follows safety rules during mechanical maintenance and use of tools.
• Responsible for maintaining mechanical/electrical inventory per the inventory spreadsheet.
• Work closely with outside contractors, both mechanical and electrical.
• Must have a strong mechanical aptitude with experience working with heavy machinery, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• A strong work ethic, attention to detail, commitment to quality, and a strong team spirit are essential.
• Experience in sheeting, coating, laminating, printing or in a similar industry is a plus.
• Basic math skills required
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Must be able to Read, write and communicate in English.

· Maintain records of plant function readings, equipment history, inventoried parts used for repairs, and the preventive maintenance program records and schedules.

· Ensure and adhere to safe work practices and procedures including, but not limited to lockout/tag out, PPE, Respirator, and IIP (Injury, Illness, and prevention).

· Experience operating manual forklifts and automatic scissor lifts.

· Experience with welding parts is a plus.

Being a good team player, punctual, reliable, good communication skills.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

Minimum of five years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

SKILLS:
