MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's Degree in HR Management, Business, or related field

EXPERIENCE:

As the Sr. Human Resources (HR) Lead for the greenfield startup in Russellville, AR, responsibility will include partnering with the Plant Leader to hire approximately 50 people, including the plant leadership team, production operators, maintenance technicians and salaried support roles. In collaboration with the Plant Leader accountable to implement an inclusive culture, organizational strategies, standards, practices, leading business changes and the continuous growth and development of the Russellville Plant. Developing and Executing HR Strategies
This role contributes to the development of HR Strategy, is accountable for implementing plans that elevate the talent capability of the supported organizations, and improves organizational results by measuring and assessing performance, effectively diagnosing root cause and implementing innovative solutions. Job Description
- Support lead technicians through material preparation:
- Measure and cut tubing & wire to appropriate length
- Light assembly / preparation
- Trace tubing with heater tape
- Insulate heated tubing with thermal insulation
- Application process:
- Apply unheated tubing and / or pass-through wiring to umbilicals
- Apply outer braiding to umbilicals
- Apply outer cover to umbilicals
- Apply heat shrink boots
- Apply labeling
- Assist with shipping requirements
- Boxing of finished goods
- Labeling
- Collaborate with Production Manager
- Maintain a clean workspace
- High School diploma or GED required
- 1 year experience in manufacturing facility
- Thorough training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for long periods to perform listed tasks
- Experience reading drawings and understanding fractional and decimal lengths
- Ability to utilize a computer tablet to gain access to production schedule
- Bi-lingual, English/Spanish preferred

**Summary of Responsibilities**
+ Assist in execution of HR processes including Talent Acquisition, Onboarding and Orientation, following all Federal, Local and Company requirements
+ Assist in the annual performance review and new-hire progression review processes
+ Support the administration of Total Rewards, Compensation and Benefit programs
+ Organize, maintain and update employee files including HRIS systems
+ Prepare dashboards and reports as requested by HRM to support leadership team and above-named processes
+ Respond to employee requests for assistance with issues relating to payroll, benefits and general employee relations

**Qualifications, Education and Experience**
- Associate degree in Human Resources or Organizational Development preferred; or two (2+) plus years related experience and / or training in a large manufacturing organization; or equivalent combination of the two.
- Solid working knowledge of HR processes and related laws and regulations- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), Visio, Teams and Outlook.
- Maintains strict confidentiality and protects privacy of confidential/sensitive information. Conducts oneself with highest standard of integrity and is a role model in fostering an environment of dignity, respect and professionalism
- Exceptional time management and organization skills.
- Proactive; exercises sound judgment and decision making; able to identify problems and needs and develop
solutions and/or options.
