* Develop and maintain daily schedules and weekly / monthly production plans for two hot dip galvanizing lines
* Balance production priorities, unit capacities, and inventory availability to meet customer demands
* Monitor the execution of the production schedules and plans and adjust as needed due to machine downtime, material shortages, or quality issues
* Work with expeditors and Commercial to ensure schedules are meeting customer requirements
* Collaborate with maintenance to plan and accommodate preventative maintenance and reduce unplanned downtime
* Utilize Microsoft Excel and Power Bi to analyze production data and generate reports on productivity, efficiency, and on-time delivery performance
* Participate in daily operational meetings for both units and in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize line efficiency, reduce waste, and improve throughout

Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree

The actual salary an employee can expect to receive, plus bonus pursuant to the terms of any bonus plan if applicable, will depend on experience, seniority, geographic location, and other factors permitted by law. * Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, industrial management, supply chain or related field.
* Experience in manufacturing operations and supply planning.
* Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in ERP systems and manufacturing analytics tools.
* At least 2 years of experience contributing to financial decisions in the workplace
* At least 2 years of direct leadership, indirect leadership and/or cross- functional team leadership.
* Willing to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state)
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in engineering, manufacturing, industrial management, supply chain or related field.
* Experience in captive, contact, or vertically integrated manufacturing environments (highly desirable.)
* Experience in automation and digital manufacturing technologies.
* Familiarity with sustainability and green manufacturing practices.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
