What you'll do:

Reviews incidents during which the procedures are not met, and determines appropriate corrective action for partners failing to follow standard procedures.
What you need to succeed:
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in: Agriculture, Dairy Science, Food Science, Animal Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Quality or related/similar degree
- Willingness to relocate for Summer 2026 to Carthage, Missouri. Note: Relocation assistance will be provided for eligible candidates.
- Students must have completed their sophomore or junior year in college. Students must be enrolled as a student during the time of the internship (Spring 2026 grads or previous graduates will not be considered)
- Ability to work 40 hours/week during the 2026 summer.

**Your New Role.**
This role is important in shaping the entire remote production management department and is focused heavily on people development, workflow strategy, and external league communication.
**Role Accountabilities.**
**Team Management & People Development**
+ Lead a team of 9 production managers and coordinators supporting all live remote broadcasts for NHL, NCAA March Madness, Roland Garros, NASCAR, College Basketball, College Football, USSF, and Unrivaled
+ Responsible for constantly assessing team workflows and implementing more optimal and efficient solutions while collaborating with technical and remote operations, production, and crewing departments in making sure their needs are also met
+ Evaluating staffing and scheduling and ensuring there is an equitable distribution of responsibilities among the team
+ Responsible for people/team development and aligning the team's priorities with the strategic vision of content leadership - work closely with the Sr. Director of the department in making sure that alignment happens and team is positioned well for high performance in an everchanging content landscape
+ Solicit feedback from various stakeholders in the content and operational groups and assess any team weaknesses or strengths and needed adjustments
+ On-site management at tentpole remote events
**Communication & Collaboration**
+ Day-to-day contact for the leagues on logistical and operational elements spanning content, production, technical, and crewing and then responsible for engaging the proper internal teams
+ Oversee the process of informing production of and documenting logistical opportunities and/or limitations as it relates to our remote game and studio shows and compiling comprehensive production plans to reference as we build out the shows
+ Lead collaboration with our technical operations, crewing, engineering, production, and planning teams in building out the production plans
+ Periodically lead all-in planning meetings with key stakeholders in the TNT sports ecosystem from marketing and sales to content and production and responsible for disseminating notes after the meeting
**Budget Strategy & Management**
+ Responsible for day-to-day budget oversight and management for an $80M spend across all remote games and remote studio shows
+ Accountable for auditing budgets and making sure all information is captured accurately by the production managers, technical operations managers, and crewing department
+ Collaborate on timelines for budget finalization and ensuring key stakeholders are meeting deadlines
+ Report final budget numbers as well as variances/overages to Sr. Director of department for monthly and annual forecast meetings
**Qualifications & Experience.**
12+ years experience working in live production
Experience working in sports and contacts with major sports leagues
Minimum of three years leading a team of 5+ people
Has sports knowledge/insight - understanding of what is important to certain leagues
Budget management and oversight of a multi-million dollar spend
Has live technology knowledge and general understanding of how that equipment operates - understanding of new technology initiatives in the industry
Experience leading cross departmental collaboration and documenting comprehensive production plans
College Degree required

This internship will be ONSITE at our dairy production plant in Logan, UT .
What you'll do:
- Exposure to people leadership, process improvements, and a variety of operations projects
- Gain understanding of production lines and processes
- Assisting in projects to improve quality, productivity, and ensure a food-safe product.
- Working with the plant leadership to meet or exceed daily production goals
- Identifying customer requirements and communicating them to the team
- Collaborating to improve plant productivity and increase efficiency
- Identifying and resolving process issues as they arise
- Together with the leadership team, ensures compliance with Food Safety and Food Quality Plans, in addition to customer requirements. Interprets and communicates customer requirements to plant production and/or support groups. Establishes and Audits PCPs, CCPs and Standard Operating Procedures to define and monitor processes, to ensure customer requirements are met. Reviews incidents during which the procedures are not met, and determines appropriate corrective action for partners failing to follow standard procedures.
What you need to succeed:
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in: Agriculture, Dairy Science, Food Science, Animal Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Quality or related/similar degree
- Willingness to relocate for Summer 2026 to Logan Utah. Note: Relocation assistance will be provided for eligible candidates.
- Students must have completed their sophomore or junior year in college. Students must be enrolled as a student during the time of the internship (Spring 2026 grads or previous graduates will not be considered)
- Ability to work 40 hours/week during the 2026 summer.
- Must be able to work a minimum of 10 weeks during the summer.
- Student must have reliable transportation to the plant
- Proven leadership experience & desire to lead people in the future
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Self-starter, takes initiative
- Desire to grow and take on new challenges and opportunities

- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Power Point

As a **Summer 2026 Intern - Production Management** in **Sacramento, CA** at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP), you will be a part of the beverage revolution. **Shift/Schedule:**
+ The KDP 2026 Summer Internship Program will run from June 1 - August 7, 2026
+ Full-time; 40 hours per week
+ Monday-Friday
+ 8:00am until 5:00pm
+ In-Person in our **Sacramento, CA** facility
**As a Production Management Intern you will:**
+ Gain knowledge in executing operational plans and projects, including DMS (Daily Management Systems) for day-to-day operations, QMS (Quality Management Systems), new equipment and software startups, and innovative product qualifications.
+ Participate in AGILE project management and lead the verification and testing of Manufacturing software and applications.
+ Influence software capabilities to achieve six sigma quality performance and enhance Quality Management System.
+ Assist with TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) implementation and Lean activities, including participation in Continuous Improvement or Kaizen events and developing, implementing and improving autonomous and preventive maintenance workstreams.
+ Assist in root cause analysis and execute on corrective actions
**Elements of the KDP Internship Program include:**
+ Engaging and partnering on innovative projects to gain experience in a challenging, cross functional team environment
+ Participate in meet & greets and lunch & learns with KDP executives and other organization leaders
+ Receive professional development training such as networking, professional skills development and presenting
+ Be paired with a mentor to enhance your knowledge of other parts of the business and build your network
+ Complete a project from start to finish and present it and your takeaways to your team, department vice president and other KDP stakeholders
**Total Rewards:**
+ $31.00/ hour
+ Paid bi-weekly
+ $2,500.00 Sign-on Bonus, paid within first 30 days of employment
**Requirements:**
+ Must be an undergraduate currently enrolled in a full-time academic program from an accredited college or university, majoring in STEM, Engineering, Food Science or another related field
+ Available to work 40 hours per week (M-F, 8am-5pm)
+ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines
+ Strong communication skills including excellent listening, written, and verbal abilities
+ Passion for Manufacturing and CPG
+ Ability to work cross-functionally, be independently driven, and a self-starter
+ Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
