The Global Process Intern will support the Manufacturing and Supply Business Process Owners team in the implementation of the "In Use" metrics for M&S ERP solutions, internal communication of business process advancements, and restructuring and optimization of the Business Process website which includes trainings and documentations. There is a great opportunity to understand and gain experience in business process optimization for pharmaceutical manufacturing and supply processes.

**Main Responsibilities:**
+ Support the implementation of the "In-Use" MySUA (Solution Usage Adherence) measures
+ Own and publish monthly business process newsletter
+ Restructure and optimize internal training and documentation repository website
**About You**
**Must be permanently authorized to work in the U.S. and not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future. Students currently on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT usually require future sponsorship for long term employment and do not meet the requirements for this program unless eligible for an alternative long-term status that does not require company sponsorship**
**Basic Qualifications:**
+ Currently enrolled and pursuing an undergraduate or master's degree in engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field at an accredited college or university with the expectation that you will complete your current degree by the Spring of 2027
+ Must be able to relocate to the office location and work 40hrs/week, Monday-Friday, for the full duration of the co-op/internship
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ English Speaker, French or other languages a plus

Job Description
Maintenance Millwright coordinates, participates, assists, constructs, fabricates, installs, repairs and maintains production and operational equipment that includes machines with hydraulic and pneumatic controls as required for the efficient operation and process of producing ductile iron pipe.
Pay Rate between $7.54 to 33.43
All rates are in accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA)
A Maintenance Millwrights' responsibilities include the following:
- Ability to identify mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems malfunctions.
- Understanding of the correct handling and use of mechanical repair tools and equipment.
- Make repairs and rebuilds all equipment throughout the plant
- Reads blueprints and schematic drawings to determine work procedures
- Dismantles machines
- Moves machinery and equipment
- Assembles and installs equipment such as shafting, conveyors, and rails
- Constructs foundation for machines
- Aligns machines and equipment
- Assembles machines, and bolts, welds, rivets, or otherwise fastens them to foundation or other structures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Three to five years of experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of both.
- Ability to read schematics, in depth knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
- Must be able to interact with all personnel levels
- Must work with others in a professional, supportive manner
- Ability to read policies and procedures
- Ability to follow all work directives and safety procedures
- Must be a motivated self-starter
