In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with our team in the production of custom closet organization systems, ensuring the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship are maintained throughout the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate machinery and equipment in the manufacturing process, including saws, drills, sanders, and other tools.
  • Assemble and install hardware components according to specifications.

Position Summary

The Manufacturing Lead will be responsible for leading a team of manufacturing associates, ensuring that manufacturing processes run smoothly, and meeting production targets while maintaining high quality standards and safety protocols.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Three years manufacturing experience preferred.

  • Proven experience in an operations role with a strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles.

  • Proficiency in computers and simple mathematics.
