Your Responsibilities
As a Part Time Student Technical - Technical Manufacturing Engineering for JD Davenport Works located in Davenport , IA , you will:

Provides support and basic trouble shooting for current operations.

Identifies and implements cost reduction, quality, safety and ergonomic improvement ideas of limited scope.

Works with electronic tools to perform engineering functions.

Develops plans of limited scope to support lean manufacturing.

Assists in development of baseline data for new wage performance pay plans

What Skills You Need

Must be registered as a full-time student at an accredited college/university.

Graduation date of May 2026?or later.

Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above.

Available to work during the academic year 16-20 hours/weekly.

Available to work during the summer semester 35-40 hours/weekly.

If local, comfortable working in a manufacturing environment

Ideally you will be pursuing a degree in Manufacturing Technology, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering; others may apply.
