+ Operate, changeover, and clean all paper fillers, gallon plastic fillers, ½ gallon plastic, and 12-oz filler.
+ Run and clean all the fillers, lines, and tanks in the cultured products area.
+ Cook, cut, manufacture, cream and package cottage cheese and cultured products.
+ Perform housekeeping and sanitation tasks.
+ Learn all the jobs in the case room including case washer operation and proper housekeeping procedures.
+ Learn all the jobs in the cooler, cooler input and loadout.
+ Learn the start-up and running of all the plastic blow molds (gallon and ½ gallon), the bagging equipment and the debagging equipment.

- Remove sawdust and other debris from production equipment
- Assemble veneer cores by layering sheets according to specified patterns and project requirements.

Role: - Flex - Production Worker (Floater). Candidates need to be flexible for 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift. Schedules will be posted a week or 2 in advanced. When candidate is scheduled for shift they will work the same shift all week.
Duration: Role is for 60 days. At the end of the 60 days, a decision will be made to convert. If worker is converted to Albertsons full time, they are required to join the local onsite union.

What will you be doing?

Operate and maintain production equipment to ensure production of a quality product in compliance with Company, Federal and State guidelines.
Some experience with basic sanitation tasks required from production equipment. Training provided for specific pieces of equipment.
Attention to detail in the following order Safety, Quality and Efficiency.
What we are searching for:
Prior manufacturing experience working in a production environment is preferred but not required. Candidates who have previous experience with operating fillers and or packaging equipment is ideal. Evironment may be hot or cold depending on the time of the year and location of equipment in the plant.
Accurately document process results and equipment downtimes.
Willingness to follow Standard Operating Procedures and Supervisor instructions.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs various times during the shift.
Frequent standing, walking, bending, ascending/descending stairs and ladders.
Previous forlift or power pallet hack certification is a nice to have.
** Candidates must qualify onsite for forklift and or electric pallet jack certification

Do you have at least 6 months of experience operating production machines? Have reliable transportation with a track record of good work attendance?What will I be doing?: Operating a Production machine creating and trimming plastic parts Make adjustments to production machinery as needed to ensure products meet specs and minimize machine downtime and scrap rates. Perform basic visual inspection or parts made Perform job setups on machinery as directed by shift lead Read and understand quality documents for in-house and specifications of products, and use that information for trimming process and keep products in spec. Assigned a mentor who will train you on the job for 1 weekRequirements: Must be able to lift up to 4 lbs. Occasionally and 10 lbs. Frequently to operate machine LEARN how to setup and run Injection molding machinery, and demonstrate the ability to adjust machinery and control the production process LEARN product quality requirements and applying that knowledge so that all parts being produced that meet requirements. Work well in a team environment, assisting others as needed with their work or to solve problems Must have ability to safely and effective use a large variety of hand and power tools.
